Happy hour
We like Hy-Vee happy hour but wasn't impressed today ☹ beer was flat / tasteless and the pita chips were very greasy!
nice supermarket.
if you want need grocery items and many other items you have to go there... I bought beef burger meat mixed with bacon and cheddar and it was so delicious when I grilled it... the burger bun are good too... all their products are good... it is highly recommended
Good food quick
I've eaten many times at Hy-Vee on Waterfront Drive in Iowa City. There are many options, including a one-trip buffet, all you can eat buffet, or choose a plate in many areas including Chinese, pizza, American food such as chicken, meatloaf, etc, sandwiches, etc. The buffet has a wide range of salads, fruits and vegetables and normally includes a meat dish such as taco meat or BBQ meatballs. There is also a menu to order from in the Market Place. If you want to eat your buffet or plated food in the Market Place, no problem! Someone will help you find a table.
