Gostei, com exceção do banheiro
Tudo ótimo, com exceção do banheiro compartilhado, ele não é limpo todos os dias e é muito pequeno, não tem prateleira pra colocar o sabonete e shampoo, tem que deixar no chao sujo. Os chuveiros não esquentam muito, eu gosto de banho bem quente então precisava esperar o chuveiro do meio estar livre pra tomar banho. O café da manhã não compensa, é melhor tomar fora ou fazer o próprio café. Conforto é bem ok, tem ar nos quartos, vibe muito tranquila e a área comum é muito boa, com piscina, hamburgueria, bar e uma caipirinha gratis todo dia pro hospede. Great environment, friendly and helpful staff
My wife, son, and I stayed at Tetris Container Hotel when we were travelling to see Iguaçu falls. Our experience was excellent. Not only was the room comfortable, but the whole staff was very welcoming and super-organized. They helped us select the best option for exploring the falls (given our short time staying there) and even booked everything for us the night before. Every night there is a free caipirinha for all guest staying there.
Muito Atenciosos
O que mais chama a atenção é a recepção da qual é muito prestativa! Os funcionários te dão a possibilidade de agendar e comprar os passeios por você, além de oferecer informações importantes e dicas. No geral, o hostel muito bom, com um espaço agradável, piscina e bar sem contar os originais quartos-containers! Os quartos são climatizados com lavabo fora do banheiro para se evitar esperas, armários e camas confortáveis. Por mais que não haja café da manhã estilo self-service ele existe e é cobrado a parte por um preço razoável.

When choosing this hostel last minute, I was amazed by their hospitality and willingness to help meet my needs. They went well beyond expectations due to a friendly staff and positive environment of the house guests.
A great option in town
I've spent five nights in April 2022. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Rooms are tide and clean. Dormitory have a / c, each bed has his safe box (don't forget your padlock). Downtown is easy reachable on foot or by bus. Staff can assist you organising excursion at Iguazú falls in Argentina. I warmly recommend it. Luca
Acertei em cheio na hospedagem!
Foz é cheio de atrativos, mas tenho certeza de que se não tivesse escolhido tão bem onde ficar, minha experiência não teria sido tão completa. O staff é muito atencioso, o ambiente super social nos permite conhecer gente do mundo todo e descolar companhia pra tudo, o bar tem drinks incríveis com preço justo, eles fazem uma empanada maravilhosa, a piscina salva em dias de calor, tem restaurantes ótimos na vizinhança, eu ia a pé pra uma babalinha a apenas uma quadra, a localização é ótima sempre com Uber baratinho pra qualquer lugar, com banheiros limpos e quartos confortáveis, fiquei em coletivo misto e aprovei colchão, travesseiro e enxoval (sou bem cri cri pra isso! rs).
Estadia super especial
O hostel é incrível. Tudo super novo, bem decorado, pintado. Sem nenhum cheiro de mofo, que é algo que incomoda minha esposa. A decoração é linda. A equipe, fantástica. Minha viagem a Foz foi maravilhosa, principalmente pois comecei escolhendo o Tetris.
Great hostel!
Great hostel! Super social, amazing outdoor space. Bruna on reception was super helpful with booking tours. The bar staff are so lovely. Rooms are really clean and pretty comfy. Fantastic spot for getting to either side of the falls. Pool is a bit murky though and bathroom could use a little love, a few locks were not working but very cool place!
Excelente hostel
A localização é ótima, próximo de restaurantes, barzinhos, farmácia e supermercado. O ônibus passa em frente ao hostel, e vai para os principais passeios da cidade. Atendimento excelente com decoração muito charmosa. Fiquei em quarto coletivo feminino, cama confortável, com iluminação e tomada individual. Ar condicionado nos quartos. Controle de acesso nos quartos compartilhados. Todo mundo recebe um cartão do seu quarto. A área externa permite conhecer pessoas num ambiente agregador. Indico e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.
Great location. Cool community
Booked Tetris because I was impressed by the design and photos online. Admittedly, my first hostel experience and I was probably 2x the age of the others on hand. But it was energetic and awesome. You meet people from around the globe. Once inside their doors, you'll barely want to venture out. If you do, you will find restaurants and a fantastic grocery store within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating with taxis, recommendations and general queries. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to request a private room or one shared with a minimum number of people. Breakfast was good, wifi pretty good considering the number of people using it, drinkable water and affordable. If community and new found friendships are your thing, this is a great place for you.
Nice and original place to stay
I stayed two weeks in Tetris and really enjoyed it. The place is very nice and cosy. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere by day to enjoy the pool and the commun areas. In late afternoon and by night, when guests come back from their visits, a nice bar opens to enjoy some Caipis, and the first one is free ! (they have other very good cocktails that you should try). This place is made to meet people, the common Areas are very pleasant. Everyone meets at the bar around 8pm for the free Caipi. The architecture is atypical and nice, it is designed to be suistainable. The rooms are clean, with confortable beds and fresh AC (they turn it off during the day but you can ask them to turn it on if you need a nap). The service is great, here the staff is really helpfull, welcoming and fun. 2 or 3 night per week, there is an event : i had the chance to have a brazilian cooking night, an electro party night, a pasta night and a board games + pizza night. Breakfast is very good. Fresh fruits, eggs, bread, coffee and everything you need. Around, you can visit the Falls, both Brazilian and Argentinean sides, the birds parks, the marco das tres Fronteras, Itaipu barrage, you can go shopping in Ciudad del este, go out at night in some nice bars and even try skydiving. The front desk will give you all the informtions you need and they can even book the tours for you. Overall, an amazing place to stay. I'll be back for sure.
Instalação legal, mas não tive uma boa experiência
Fiz uma visita ao Tetris em dezembro / 2019, pois estava de passagem para a Argentina e fiquei apenas algumas horas no Hostel, entre 2h da madrugada e 10h. Achei a instalação legal, mas não tão confortável. Foz é uma cidade quente e quando cheguei no quarto compartilhado o ar condicionado estava numa temperatura quente, quase como a temperatura de fora do quarto. Custei a dormir e quando acordei esperava um café da manhã bom, mas infelizmente foi muito inferior a qualquer outro Hostel que já passei, toda comida parecia antiga e não estava nem um pouco com uma aparência boa. Enfim, fiquei lá pouco tempo justamente pelos comentários que vi aqui no TripAdvisor, mas me decepcionei.
Good hostel
Stayed in 12 bed all female dorm. Lots of space for a 12 bed. It also has a balcony. Female only bathroom and it was clean, good shower. Good facilities - kitchen seemed decent, though we didn't use it. Can book trips with them. Only 'negative' I have is that air conditioning wasn't turned on until 5 and it was VERY hot in the rooms. When it was turned on it was freezing! However they do change if you ask.
Estadia Maravilhosa
A equipe do Hostel atende muito bem, são cordiais para tirar dúvidas, dão orientações de transporte, supermercados e estão sempre prontos para ajudar. As instalações atendem as expectativas, achei bacana essa ideia utilizar contêiner para montar o Hostel. A segurança achei fundamental, tanto ao acesso com senha, quanto através do cartão magnético aos quartos. Como dica: Poderiam ajustar o horário do cafe da manhã para as 07 horas. E não fazer a cobrança pelo uso da toalha de banho. No mais, tudo ótimo, além de contar com uma boa localização na cidade.
decent place to stay in Foz
Interesting concept, but the rooms are pretty small and basis... I stayed in a private room, and of all the hostels and hotels I stayed at in Brazil, for a similar budget, this room was probably the least value.. Good outdoor area, with swimming pool and bar, pool table... good wifi... free breakfast was decent for a hostel... most staff were friendly enough and helpful. Good location close to bus stops for the falls, and walk-able distance into town.
Nice place
We stayed in a 12-bed female dorm for two nights. One of the better hostels I've been to! The staff is very helpful when you have any questions about what to do and how to get there and can book tours and even an Uber for you. There is a good overall vibe, everyone is cool. I didn't even care about sleeping in a room with so many people. Bus stations to all the attractions are only one block away. Bathrooms are clean and coffee is strong - what else would you need? The bar, pool and occasional parties are cool extras. Would definitely stay there again!
best hostel in area
Great atmosphere and good for meeting people and would recommend booking the iguazu waterfalls with the hostel as the guide was the best! There's also a food court with different fast food / cuisines 5 mins away
Great hostel
Loved the concept of the hostel. Great atmosphere and common areas. Breakfast included as well as one free caipirinha every night at certain times. Nice staff. Stayed in dorm first night which has outlet next to bed and private night light and stayed in private room next 2 nights. Liked the hostel. Good location.
Ótima experiência
Minha única experiência em hostel e foi bastante positiva. O local é bem bonito e todos os funcionários são bem receptivos. A piscina e os bares são um atrativo do hostel, que deixam o ambiente bem descontraído.
Ótima opção de hospedagem
O quarto duplo é bem espaçoso, café da manhã bem simples e atendimento ok. Com algumas opções para lazer (piscina, mesa de tênis de mesa e um bar). Localizado próximo à alguns restaurantes e com pontos de ônibus.
O melhor
Um custo beneficio que vai da localização, limpeza, e atenção do staff. Faz desse hostel uma atmosfera perfeita para uma viagem a Foz do Iguaçu. Sem falar da arquitetura dos Containers no local. Não hesite.
Netter Service, hübsche Unterkunft
Wir waren einen Tag im Hostel und haben die Nacht in einem Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad verbracht. Es war sauber, allerdings nicht besonders groß, zum Öffnen unserer großen Rucksäcke hat der Platz aber gereicht. Alles in allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt halt. Besonders haben uns die Freundlichkeit und die guten Tipps von Juliano an der Rezeption gefallen.
Quirky and great value for money
The hostel has a great design concept, really helpful and friendly staff and added bonuses such as the included breakfast and free caipirinhas each night. Fernando the barman was lovely and very welcoming. The lady on reception (sorry we didn't get her name) who booked us a Paraguay City Tour was really helpful. Also next door was the absolutely FANTASTIC Emporio Com Arte cafe which we ate at both nights. The plumbing and heating / ventilation in the room could do with a bit of modernising but was sufficient for us.
Cool design for a hostel!
The design of this place is really cool, and the staff are super friendly, but in terms of rooms- it's just ok. If you're on a tight budget and backpacking, then this place is great, but we had a private room and it was really small and not that clean. But still, we enjoyed our stay!
My favourite hostel!
Such a cool hostel with the perfect balance of a lovely social area and big rooms. The pool is such an added extra, we enjoyed relaxing by it in the day and even at night. Lots of smaller seating to be in for a more quiet time. Every evening each guest is given a free caipirinha and the hostel also creates its own unique cocktails as well. We stayed in the 12 bed female dorm and we loved it. It had its own terrace and the room was so big and clean. The beds had their own lights but no curtains.. However the beds are very spread out so we still felt like we had our own private space. There is also a big mirror in there. There are also 3 toliets and 3 showers that are female only next to that dorm and two sinks as well. Staff were very friendly. Kitchen is the best one as of yet. 4 hob rings, grill, fridge, sink, kettle and a good selection of free food as well. Really really recommend
Loved this place
We had really good things about Tetris Hostel and they lived up to expectations. Cool hostel, good vibes, lovely showers and great breakfast. Staff were really helpful with booking excursions which would pick you up straight from the hostel. A must visit!

Estive no Tetris e minha estadia foi maravilhosa. Desde as instalações, aos quartos, área comum, bar, staff, recepção, decoração, tudo perfeito. O café da manhã é o mais completo que já tive em um hostel. Promovem jantar coletivo (pago à parte), achei bem legal para poder interagir. Participei da noite mexicana. O hostel é bem localizado, próximo do ponto de ônibus, restaurantes. A piscina estava em reforma, mas não senti falta pois estava frio nos dias que fui. Voltarei com certeza.
Really great staff and social space but.
The staff were really nice at the hostel. Bruna was friendly and helpful in arranging day trips to the waterfalls and the barman was really friendly too and made some good caipirinha - which is free each day from 8pm. The free breakfast is okay, simple - some fruit and cake and bread with spreads. There are some other things but you may have to wait for it to be topped up or wake up earlier noting pretty much everyone wakes up early to leave for a day trip to the falls. The hostel itself is a good idea and had a nice social area, well located - and easy to to get a bus to / from the airport and the Brazilian side of the waterfalls - but had a few issues. Because it is very open there are quite a lot of mosquitos in the rooms and many of us got bitten at night - so be sure to use repellent here. Also when it rains heavily the rainwater leaked into the rooms along the sides of the ceiling and walls. The plumbing needs some improvement as the bathroom in my room - shared by 10 of us - constantly smelt bad and the water did not drain well. It was also usually messy, likely because after the first few room mates use it does get a bit horrible - but per the sign, you can ask for it to be cleaned. Also the towel rental at 10 Reals was double the price of every hostel I had stayed with in Brazil. And when you hang it to dry around the room you realise that the bed frames could use a touch up / clean as the white towel became a slightly different colour. Last but not least, avoid the bed right below the a / c on the top bunk as the a / c leaked and it is freezing at night time, but you need to keep the rest of the room cool as it gets hot for everyone else (I obviously moved beds the next day).
Conceito interessante
No começo fiquei meio desconfiada com essa história de me hospedar em um container, mas a experiência foi, no mínimo, peculiar. A decoração prima pelo bom gosto e a socialização com os outros hóspedes é muito boa. E o drink gratuito no início da noite é maravilhoso.
Best hostel I have been to
Tetris Container Hostel is the best hostel I have been in my whole life (and I have been in many ones). Position is perfect: close to the center, close to the bus stop for the waterfalls. Rooms are big, every bed has a plug and a light, toilets are clean. the garde ins great! Perfect for having drinks and meeting new people. WiFi works perfectly and the staff is helpful (I do not speak Portoguese and I had to book a taxi for 4am and they were more than happy to do it for me). Brilliant!!
Awesome staff, vibe and environmental friendly
Hostel works towards being environmentally friendly (and yes turning aircon off during the day for an almost empty room is part of this, deal with it) which is awesome. Vibe is great, free caipirinhas in the evening. Lots of information on the boards inside about food and activities. Staff all speak perfect English and are very engaged and helpful. Pool is very nice, outdoor area is sparkling clean and kitchen is nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice to have 2 showers in the big dorms! Thank you Tetris crew you do a good job. Special thanks to Bruna for being amazingly helpful!
Nice hostel and nice staff
The dorms are spacious and there are enough place to store our luggage. The staff is friendly and if we ask the give a lot of advice. The dorm and common areas were clean. And the bus stop to go to Iguazu Brazilian side is really close to the hostel. I recommand this place
Nao voltaria!
Fomos eu e meu esposo a passeio em Foz do Iguaçu. Ficamos em um apartamento privativo. Mas a acustica do local é ruim. Higienizaçao é boa. Cafe da manha é satisfatorio. Com certeza nao voltaria e nao recomendo!
Good hostel
Nice place and everyone speaks English. Beds are comfy and are made prior to your arrival. Nice outdoor space. The pool is a welcome relief from the heat. Kitchen a little small for the number of people here. Bathrooms / showers are small but ok and have some mould marks. The dorms are good, clean and well decorated. Ample storage under the bed in the 'cages'. Although being a cage the floor of it isn't flat so smaller items fall through. One bad remark - Air conditioning is not 'allowed' on in the dorms between 10am and 5pm so there's no where to escape the heat other than in the pool.
Lugar incrível.
O lugar é bem planejado, mandaram bem no projeto. O café é sensacional. A localização é ótima também perto de ponto de ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Só pecaram na limpeza, fiquei hospedado por 4 dias e a sujeira acumulou no banheiro, ficou nojento.
Diseño diferente y ubicación
Su diseño con contenedores es amigable con el ambiente. Un lugar tranquilo, a varias cuadras hay 1 supermercado y puedes cambiar dinero. Cerca del aeropuerto de Foz. Con ellos coordiné el tour a las cataratas del lado argentino y taxis. La atención muy bien, 1 caipirinha gratis en la área común, buena cobertura internet. Para pasar un par de días en un ambiente diferente, lo recomiendo.
Tetris :: quartos apertadíssimos e sujos
Ficamos um dia no Tetris. Eu e um amigo pegamos duas camas em um quarto compartilhado. O conceito dos containers é interessante, mas na prática, não funciona muito. Os quartos ficam apertadíssimos. Não existe espaço suficiente para o logger e a gente acaba espalhando as malas pelo corredor - diminuindo ainda mais o lugar. Os containers também ficam com pouquíssima ventilação e o abafamento dos quartos produz um cheiro não muito agradável. O atendimento também não ajuda e a limpeza é bem superficial. O Tetris só ganha ponto mesmo no café da manhã, que está acima dos padrões de hostel.
Great visit!
Stayed for the weekend at Tetris. The hostel itself was fun, and the room was clean and comfortable. The rooms were somewhat noisy, but that's the tradeoff with staying in a hostel built of shipping containers. The staff was great, they helped organize a tour to the Argentina side on one day, and helpfully suggested a buy a ticket to the Brazil side in advance at the hostel for an extra BRL5. The ARG tour ended up being a small group, which was great, and the tour made the border crossing so much easier than it would have been independently. Buying the BR ticket in advance ended up saving a huge amount of time, since the lines to buy tickets at the visitors center were insane by the time I arrived. Heads up on the BR side, go early to avoid the tourist throng! Thanks again to Tetris for making my stay in Iguazu great :)
Gut
Ein sehr gemütliches Hostel mit einem schönen Innenhof und Pool. Abends gibts an der Bar eine Happy Hour und Caipirinhas umsonst. Leider war in unserem Zimmer die Toilette etwas undicht, weshalb ich nur 4 von 5 Punkten gebe.
Super recomendo!
Localização muito boa para quem está de carro ou transporte público, pois permite saída fácil para todos os lugares turísticos; próximo a mercados com casa de câmbio, restaurantes, posto de gasolina. Quarto limpo e arejado com camas / colchões confortáveis. Excelente quantidade de tomadas nos quartos e chuveiro muito bom (quente / frio). Café da manhã simples, mas suficiente. Cozinha bem equipada, porém recomendo mais um tostador de pão, para evitar filas.. Sobre a equipe da Recepção, um elogio especial para a Naiara, sempre muito prestativa e com excelentes sugestões para os passeios e restaurantes. Espaço de lazer agradável.
Loved this place!
We only had 1 night here but could have happily stayed for a week! Easily located for bus transport to the falls and to the border, huge supermarket nearby with currency exchange inside. Breakfast was fantastic and the kitchen quite large so preparing our own food wasn't an issue. The layout is quirky and unique, great social areas and free caipirinhas happy hour each night! Highly highly recommend.
Excelente Hostel
Hostel muito agradável, bonito, bem localizado e animado. Super recomendo. A sua localização ajuda bastante. Fica próximo às cataratas, próximo ao Parque das Aves, e também para quem quer ir fazer compras no Paraguai. Bem localizado
Fun place to stay!
We stayed in a private room with an ensuite - this was nice but very small (remember it is a container). We enjoyed our stay and the free caipirinha! There is a supermarket a short walk away and a bus stop across the road which was useful. The hostel recommends a cafe which is about two doors down from the hostel, we went to eat there and it was amazing! The breakfast was great in the morning and there was a large range of options.
Good hostal
It was a good experience, but breakfast could be better because of the price you are paying that is higher than the average price of Brasil Hostals. I like the idea of free caipirinhas and the way the place was constructed.
A very nice hostel !
We stayed in this hostel 4 nights and we really enjoyed our time. The price is really cheap with a great breakfast, the people are nice and the rooms & bathrooms kept clean. There is a bus stop very close so its easy to visit around and close to restaurants & supermarket. The only " negative " point is that its quite cold in the shared spaces in winter (but there is heating in the rooms). Nice concept !
Super hostel !
Très original avec les containers ! Tout est très propre. Nous êtions en chambre double avec salle de bain privée. Les parties communes avec la grande terrasse sont super agréables ! Tous les soirs une caipi offerte ! La cuisine commune est bien équipée ! Le petit dej est copieux et très bon ! Je recommande à 100% très pratique pour prendre le bus pour les chutes d'iguaçu ! Le personnel parle parfaitement anglais.
Amazing
Thisnplaç is really fantastic. The helpful staff speaks English and can arrange tours for you. The non - smoking policy throughout the property (inside & outside) is a welcomed relief. Pity the bathroom is inside the dorm, though.
Super friendly staff and great hostel
My husband and I stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon in a private room. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff had sourced fairy lights and chocolate for the room as they knew it was our honeymoon. It was incredibly thoughtful and made our day! The hostel has a bar onsite (offering free and delicious caipirinhas to guests whilst we were staying there) and is ideally located for bars and restaurants in the town, with the staff happy to give local recommendations. The hostel arranged our airport pick up, and offered lots of advise about local tours, arranging two for us. All of this was done via WhatsApp the week before our stay; excellent communications. We would definitely stay here again. The highlight was the hostel's canine resident, the docile and friendly Hurley. He is a top cuddler and the loveliest of dogs (after my own of course!). Thanks to Hurley, Neil and the rest of the staff for making our Iguazu honeymoon a cracker!
Clean, enough for visiting the falls etc
Used it as a base for visiting the falls. Friendly people and staff. Didnt like that the dorms where 10+ people. Great huge western supermarket down the road (5-7 mins walk), offering great lunch / snacks in their own cafe. Can't imagine to stay there for longer than a few (necessary) days as it doesnt feel too cozy (personal opinion of course). Note: The kitchen is small / little equipment.
Total ekeliges Zimmer
Wir hatten uns sehr auf das Tetris Container Hostel gefreut. Leider war die Ernüchterung groß. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Unser Zimmer war total dreckig. Das WC war total verdreckt und auch die Dusche war überhaupt nicht sauber. Auf dem Bode lagen alte Fußnägel etc. Offensichtlich wird das Zimmer nicht, wie vom Hostel - auch in dessen Kommentaren - behauptet, nicht täglich gereinigt. Offensichtlich wird es nicht einmal gereinigt, wenn die Gäste wechseln. Wir wollten uns an der Rezeption beschweren, aber das Mädchen, dass dort saß, schien bekifft zu sein und schien nicht zu Auskünften bereit oder fähig. Das Hostel wird sicherlich auf diesen Kommentar folgendes antworten: " Tetris is a hostel, not a hotel. As you can see in other reviews our staff is really well rated. About the cleaning, the hostel, rooms and toilets are cleaned daily, but whenever the guests request we can do any retouching. We don't think of Tetris as a business but instead a way of connecting like minded travelers. Wir sind beide viel gereist und haben bereits in vielen Hostels übernachtet, aber so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Für das was man bekommt, ist das Doppelzimmer dann auch wirklich zu teuer. So viel dazu " Wir sind kein Business ". Vielleicht sind die Dorms besser, aber das kann ich leider nicht beurteilen.
A few days to explore the falls and Ciudad del Este
The staff was nice and they always responded to ally questions in a friendly manner. The place is environmentally trendy as they use a lot of recycled materials, but I think they should even reinforce a lot the recycling culture as a lot of guests were throwing their water bottle in the regular bins. They always had a good breakfast options and the kept the kitchen clean; I cannot say that the bathroom in my room was the cleanest as the water kept on running toward the room. The bar is nice and they always give you a free drink every night!
Muito bom hostel!
Fiquei em um quarto individual, super confortável e limpo! Ótima localização perto de restaurantes, mercados e principalmente perto de pontos de ônibus (cheguei e voltei pro aeroporto tranquilamente). Adorei o staff, super atenciosos e sempre lhe dão várias opções de passeios (menos a Natalia - acho que esse era nome dela, trabalha no período da tarde, que me deu informação errada do lado a se pegar um ônibus para o Marco das 3 fronteiras e falou que não havia um tour especifico e sim havia). Adorei o café da manhã, café forte, com frutas, bolo e tortas. Não é o tipo do Hostel com muitas festas mas super recomendo!
Bom, porém pode melhorar
A recepção é ótima todos os recepcionistas com a maior boa vontade de explicar tudo, tudo mesmo, até ligam para os restaurantes ou coisa do tipo pra tirar informações sem nenhum custo, café da manhã muito gostoso a decoração muito irada. Um bom hostel de se ficar talvez eu voltaria pra lá. Ótima limpeza, recepção super confortável. Um hostel super aconchegante! Fora que é próximo de restaurantes e um supermercado. Há uns pontos chatos que gostaria de relevar aqui, quando chove aparece muitas goteiras no hostel, perigoso, alguém pode escorregar e se machucar. A internet pelo menos no meu quarto era bem péssima, o google mal carregava. O Café da manhã é sempre o mesmo. A última coisa que mais me incomodou foi essa parada de ser um container, um container é feito de metal e Foz faz muito calor e o metal é um condutor de calor e energia né, então o quarto fica muito quente e as janelas são muito pequenas, apesar do quarto ter ar condicionado só é ligado durante a noite e o pessoal do hostel sempre deixa-o em uma temperatura alta e quando pedi para abaixar até reclamam pq vai descer outro hóspede falando pra aumentar, dai eles aumentam, é muito mais fácil vc combater o frio do que o calor, fulaninho tá com frio? Da outra coberta pra ele, ora, isso me irritou muito pois a maioria dos dias não dormi direito pq estava muito muito quente. Se quiser economizar na estadia, reserve no site do hostel que é bem mais barato. Best hostel so far
I have been traveling through South America for a while and Tetris is clearly the best hostel I've stayed in so far. Very clean, many activities, amazing staff, confortable beds aaaand free caipirinha every night ! Thank you for everything.
Muito agradável
Foi uma experiência incrível, pois eu e meus amigos além de termos amado a localização, o quarto era muito organizado, mesmo que pequeno, e a cozinha muito agradável. Pessoas sempre prestativas. A área da piscina é muito boa também. Para uma viagem só ou com amigos vale super a pena ficar no Tetris.
Great place to stay on a budget
Really enjoyed staying at this hostel with its friendly staff that were more than willing to help. They even catered to dietary requirements such as gluten free. Nice atmosphere and free cachacas each night by the pool! Highlights: - free drinks - friendly and helpful staff - good facilities with free wifi - nice outdoor area Downside: - very hard beds and rooms a bit dirty - being completely made of shipping containers made it pretty noisy in the liver level rooms when people were walking up and down the stairs Overall, very good and recommended

O Hostel é lindo! Aconchegante, os quartos são modernos, a decoração é linda, os funcionários super simpáticos. Nunca vi em um Hostel a estrutura que o Tetris oferece. Ótima localização, café da manhã simples porém corresponde bem ao esperado. O único ponto que, na minha opinião, deixou a desejar foi o chuveiro ser muito quente e de difícil regulação. E de não poder fumar dentro do Hostel. No mais, perfeito!

Staff excelente, lugar alegre, arejado e social. Café-da-manhã muito bom (pães de queijo e bolos bons). Recepção muito atenciosa. Localização excelente, a melhor possível. Perto do Empório com arte, ótimo restaurante. Fácil de pegar ônibus e ir pras cataratas ou pra Argentina. Única falha é ter quartos com muita gente (12) e banheiro dentro do quarto. Mas o hostel é bem limpo e organizado. Só tem gringo, então boa oportunidade de treinar idiomas. Fácil de marcar os passeios pelo hostel também.

Viaje a Foz para ver las cataratas del lado brasilero con mi hermana, llegamos al hostel nos impresiono el diseño y la creatividad. Estuvimos en una habitacion privada con baño propio, muy limpio todo y seguro. A la nochecita es donde esta la magia del lugar, tomar un trago o una cervecita es lo mas! Muy lindo ambiente, la atencion de la gente de ahi! Genial! Esta un poco alejado del centro, donde estan los restaurantes y bares como rafain, woods, etc. No dejen de visitarlo! Muchas gracias Saul por toda la ayuda y buena onda! Pd: la pileta es un contanedor! Que mas!! Ahahahah

I stayed 2 days and it was so nice, because the rooms are clean and modern, they help you in everything and give you some advices. they try to do some activities and the place of the hostel is good, you have a supermarket three blocks away and the area It is nice
Great design of the place !
Hostel looks so cool, people are nice! You can get free caipirinha everyday... They do some events even tho for their guests. But there was one accident. Me and my friend we bought food which we left in the fridge and we were in hurry to go for a trip early in the morning when we've backed there was no food anymore in the fridge and the staff told us if that they throw away all dos without the label! Nice one. So after the trip we didn't have anything to eat, as well as we are short with money here so we wanted to save for another day. Yes, there is an information of the fridge which I've seen after situation but somehow I am not agree with the rule if there was lots of food (!) and also some of it in a cans and I think staff in the reception should inform people about it. Btw everyone knows how angry you are when you are hungry as me right now... Thanks !
Aconhegante e moderno
Hostel muito aconchegante, quartos limpos e arrumados com bom café da manhã. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos... A área comum do bar é muito bacana. O banheiro feminino deixou um pouco a desejar pois apenas um chuveiro estava com agua quente e apenas uma torneira para lavar as mãos estava funcionando, mas são detalhes pequenos. No geral gostei muito, a localização também é ótima, na Av. principal, próximo a ponto de ônibus, mercado e restaurantes. Com certeza vou indicar o Tetris!
Hostel Fabuloso!
Melhor experiência! Interação entre os hóspedes e funcionários e visitantes é maravilhosa. Quartos aconchegantes, piscina com aquecedor. O bar oferece bastante diversidade de cervejas! Sempre há atrações especiais na área da piscina.

Tuve el gusto de estar en este calido hotel, la atención siempre puntual de su personal, hambientes limpios y agradables y su zona de recreo buena con una pequeña piscina... el desayuno buffet podría mejorae, pero por el costo esta bien

Astral e preços ótimos! O hostel é ao lado do melhor restaurante de foz é perto de um bar / boate que parece que é a nite de lá. O café da manhã é satisfatório, poderia ser melhor... Mas a gente esquece isso é só lembra da fartura de pão de queijo!!! Relativamente perto das cataratas e do parque das aves do Brasil, dá pra pegar o ônibus comum! Pro parque da Argentina vale pegar o passeio com a van q eles oferecem! As camas / colchões são bem confortáveis, o quarto tem AC o q é fundamental em foz! Chuveiro do banheiro é bom! Free caipirinha, Staff show, preço das bebidas justo Se vc ficar além da diária e for tomar banho eles vão te cobrar um late checkout de 1 / 2 diária.
Melhor Hostel do Brasil!
Melhor experiência com um hostel que já pude ter, fui para foz com alguns amigos e o tetris proporcionou uma viagem ainda melhor para nós. Atendimento nota 10, pessoal que trabalha no hostel muito acolhedor, teve diversas atividades no hostel que fez que todos que estavam lá se integrassem. Sem dúvida a melhor viagem que já fiz e em breve quero voltar a foz e ficar no tetris. Recomendo
Perfect base
Great place to base yourself for both the Brazillian and Argentinian sides of the Igazu Falls. Rooms are clean, good bar / patio area, relaxed atomism here, helpful staff. Booked a trip to the Argentinian side of the falls which was great and staff assisted in us finding our way to the Brazil side. Couldn't have asked for more.
O que dizer? Demais!
O hostel é muito bem localizado, próximo à bares, restaurantes e ao ponto de ônibus onde podemos ir a qualquer lugar de Foz com facilidade. O staff é muito atencioso e o ambiente muito descolado. O Wifi funciona bem no hostel inteiro. A proposta é inovadora e a única coisa que poderia melhorar são as portas dos boxes do banheiro feminino que não estão fechando direito. Fora isso, recomendo!

Хостел выполнен из грузовых контейнеров, покрашенных в разные цвета, при этом внутри комнат выглядит как обычный отель, разве что маленький. Плюсы: - Чисто. Везде. - Гостеприимный и дружелюбный персонал - Расслабляющая обстановка (" все свои ") - Быстрый wi fiпо всей территории - За углом отличное кафе Emporio Com Arte - Остановка на водопады по диагонали через дорогу, несколько минут хотьбы Минусы: - Двухспальный номер очень маленький (помещаются только кровать и раковина), с / у тоже маленький. Крупным людям может быть дискомфортно - Некуда положить / повесить одежу, кроме как положить на пол. Пожалуйста, сделайте хоть какие-нибудь крючки. Мы приехали с водопадов после дождя мокрые насквозь и не знали, где разместить мокрую одежду - Для кого-то может быть минусом отсутствие телевизора В целом, хостел нам понравился и мы остались довольны!

Não poderia ter escolhido um lugar melhor pra ficar na minha viagem a Foz do Iguaçu. A estrutura é super interessante, por dentro é tudo muito bem decorado e você até esquece que está dentro de um hostel feito de container! A idéia é super interessante. Tive a sorte de me hospedar num final de semana em que teve uma festinha muito boa, sem falar que fui super bem recepcionado, a galera lá é super simpática! Super recomendo!

É isso mesmo, é só chegar em Tetris para você se sentir em casa! claro, a casa container dos sonhos porque este lugar cativa primeiro pelos olhos e sentidos, como proposta arquitetônica e de design é absolutamente encantador, uma excelente obra sustentável. Mas isso é só o começo porque o melhor está no conforto que oferece, não somente pela boa localização, as areas de lazer, o bar (e os excelentes drinks do " barman host " que também é um maravilhoso cozinheiro) e facilidade de acesso, como pela tranquilidade de sentirse em boa companhia. Em Tetris a equipe anfitriã abre as portas do seu cantinho do céu para te fazer sentir em familia, sempre abertos ao intercambio, à troca, ao compartilhar, às novas experiências, criar novos vínculos e a hospedar propostas artísticas, abriram seu espaço para receber-nos carinhosamente a mim e ao meu projeto artístico de viagem: Sol de Noite, Laboratório Itinerante de Cozinha Criativa. Além de fazer um dos melhores " happenings gastrosóficos " (como eu chamo os encontros de cozinha underground que realizo) que já fiz no meu percurso, dia a dia surgiram novas oportunidades para bater um papo gostoso, curtir do lugar e o mais legal: dar e receber, assim foi como acabei deixando um pouquinho mais de mim impresso em um dos muros dos quartos do hostel e eles ficaram no meu coração como só sabem fazer os bons amigos. Valeu Tetris por fazer da minha passagem por Foz uma das mais gratas nesses 3 anos e meio de viagem pela America do Sul! Abraçaço.
Aniversário
Comemorei meu último aniversário junto com uma amiga no TETRIS e realmente não só nós como nossos convidados se sentiram bem e foram muito bem tratados por Karin, Rico e Ralf. O lugar é encantador. Tudo é colorido, aconchegante e sustentável. Os ambientes são acolhedores, a grande cozinha, a varanda, o jardim; a piscina-container é ótima. O som ambiente é sempre bom de se ouvir. Áh e o pôr-do-sol... é lindo! O bar-container com seus drinks refrescantes e as saborosas tapas, tudo carinhosamente preparado pelo chef' Rico merecem um post' a parte. Precisa-se provar um pouco de tudo para entender bem o que quero dizer. Ainda não me hospedei lá mas, já passei vários dias e noites, participei de muitos eventos e ao conversar com os hóspedes ouvi sempre o mesmo 'as roupas de cama são brancas, cheirosas e fofas' ou seja, mais um motivo pra eu ter vontade de me hospedar e vocês também. Quando se está lá sente-se em casa porém, de férias onde não há hora para dormir somente para se divertir.
A mixed review
When we arrived we were surprised, the place looked a lot different to the pictures, not as clean and fresh. Very tired and there was a dirty wet towel in the middle of the floor in the hallway as we were walking in. We had to sign a declaration form when we checked in, stating that if your belongings are not locked in the lockers then it's not the Hostel's fault if items are stolen. It also stated that padlocks were available on the front desk. They were not. Therefore we would have had to leave our bags in the room unlocked which we were not at all comfortable with. Rooms are very small and cramped especially for 10 beds. The room was also extremely hot, room was advertised as having air-con but all the windows were open with no air con, making it unbearably hot. For these reasons, we decided we would have to find somewhere else to stay. We left after an hour and the lady on the front desk didn't apologise for the lack of security / air con failure and did not offer any sort of refund. We won't be returning, would not recommend. Disappointing as the website makes it look so good. Think it had potential but needs a lot of work!!
