Bad service
I've tried to use this location many times they are very unfriendly they do not want to give you any carry-out specials on the phone they tried to charge me large pizza for $14.95 per carry out large pizza there's one girl that answers the phone all the time that is very rude and unfriendly we love your pizza but it's really hard to use you I finally decided to just use Pizza Hut today I got tired of dealing with this location Pizza Hut was very friendly and and had Carry out specials I guess this will be my new pizza place we haven't tried them in a long time and actually they made me want to come back again by and like y'all
Rodent hair in cheese
I went to Papa John's and ordered a medium pizza. Service was OK, pizza was OK but seemed a bit undercooked, crust was mediocre. When I looked at my last slice closely I noticed a rodent hair in the cheese. Lost my appetite after that.
Horrible Service!
I recently ordered a very large order from this restaurant and they informed me that it would take 2-3 hours for my order because they had a larger, bigger order than mine. I ordered 8 pizzas. They left me totally in a bind. Fortunately, Little Caesars was gladly able to fulfill my order. I will never buy another pizza from Papa Johns due to the horrible service!
Burnt Food
Multiple times. This is the latest. Their response was first to give me free food just to deliver burnt food again on another order. Chris Paterson, their director of operations completely ignored my most recent email with pictures. I wish I could post the pictures to this post. I also regularly have items missing from my order. Beware.
A really 1st rate Pizza Shop!
The staff at this Papa John's are the best I've found at Customer Service! The always go the extra step to keep their Customers happy. The delivery people are equally well trained and always show up with a smile even when the weather isn't that great. They food is GREAT! They NEVER have ANY complaints when Customers request modifications to menu items and that is SO rare! On the extremely rare occasion when a mistake is made they always go beyond what I'd expect to fix it.
Good Piuzza and an Excellent staff
I have been using this Pizza shop for over a year now and they have consistently gotten my order correct in almost every way. The one order they had a problem with was when I ordered a dessert Pizza and requested no icing. They did work out a way to correct this issue and as long as I abide by the process they always get it right. Even when they got it wrong they did more than I expected to make up for it by either taking the one with icing back and bringing me one as I requested, giving me future credit, and most times both. Not many shops would have gone that far to insure customer satisfaction. They have earned a customer for as long as I am in the area,
Really Good Pizza
I have tried all the pizza places in the area and this Papa Johns makes the best. The staff do their best to insure your order is right but if mistakes happens they also bend over backwards to make things right. There are not too many restaurants that will do that. The pizza is always delivered hot and I have only once had it come late, I was lazy and ordered on a day with icy roads and they made the delivery (If I had been thinking I would not have made that order). They have regular discount options as well as a point system to earn free pizzas. There is also chicken, breads, pastas, and desert pizzas too.
Only Used The Call In
Papa John's is always having a special on TV so we call ahead, order our pizza and make a quick stop to pick the pie up. The pizza is still hot when we arrive home and is rather good. Even the regular prices are not bad, however look for their constant TV specials when one can great a great buy.
