We are proud to introduce La Residencia Puerto; the 4 stars Hotel & Spa features 50 rooms and 5 junior suites, a heated open air pool, a Spa and a restaurant. Located in the southernmost point of Europe, the hotel faces the lovely port of Tarifa; only a few meters from the old town, the shops, restaurants and beaches. All the rooms have either sea or patio view. Each room category has been designed mixing Moroccan style and natural materials, creating a light and relaxing atmosphere. We care for the environment; the hotel pool uses renewable energy. A great attention to details and a very personalized service is our distinguishing feature.

HÔTEL DE STANDING SUR LE PORT DE TARIFA
Hôtel est très bien situé sur le Port de Tarifa, en face du départ des bateaux pour le Maroc L'hotel lui même est très bien décoré et équipé de tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter : piscine, spa... Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres Le personnel de l'accueil est très disponible et le petit déjeuner est bon et varié L'hotel dispose d'un parking payant, il est très difficile de se garer à Tarifa. Les tarifs sont cependant un peu trop élevés, surtout le week-end et nous étions hors saison.....
Indulge yourself at the bottom of Europe
This hotel is in a perfect location near the marina (if you want to take a ferry to Tangier), and near the causeway to the lighthouse, and between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. Tarifa was amazingly windy with wind surfers daily performing acrobatics. The hotel has comfortable beds and rooms and amazing hospitality. The breakfast was good, and the popcorn on had was a nice touch.
Wonderful hotel in the Southernmost town of Europe!
A wonderful hotel in the southernmost town of Europe! The service was excellent and the room was quite comfortable and roomy. We had a patio view on the ground level. Our terrace was right off the Moroccan style fountain for us to enjoy. The room had a modern Moroccan decor with a bit of a coastal feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our room and patio. The breakfast was incredible with many options. Because it is off of the Mediterranean Sea and quite windy. When we arrived, we were in 30 to 40 mph winds, though they seemed prepared for it. The doors openly very slowly so as not to create a back draft, then gradually open to allow you in. You are protected if you wish to go to the fountain. We did not go to the rooftop bar and pool, so I'm not sure how windy it would be there. Otherwise, it is really nice. Walking out and about in Tarifa was fine. A lot of outdoor seating and the wind is not much of a problem. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay there.
Loved our experience at this hotel!
We loved this little gem of a hotel. It had a cool funky vibe. And it had an amazing, excellent breakfast with more choice than we have seen anywhere. The rooms were clean and cute and the bathroom was fresh and spotless. And there were little touches that made it feel like coming home at the end of the day... popcorn and apples in the lobby. We had a really delicious dinner at the attached restaurant. There was a cute rooftop pool and area to hang out in, when the wind wasn't too strong. But what put this hotel over the top for me was the service from all the staff. Absolutely top notch! Friendly and efficient. There was nothing they wouldn't help you with and when they didn't know, they'd research it immediately so they could provide an answer. I can't say enough about this hotel. We loved it!
Una meraviglia
Sono stata solo la notte di capodanno ma mi sono pentita di non aver soggiornato di più. Una piccola chicca, stanza bellissima grande e molto curata con possibilità di utilizzo spa ma noi non abbiamo potuto perché chiudeva prima. Frigo bar a disposizione con bibite e acqua. Arredato molto bene in stile marocchino ma con molto gusto Colazione davvero superlativa di ottima qualità molto varia e con cose freschissime. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Appena potrò ci tornerò di sicuro !
Wonderful stay in a fabulous hotel!
What a wonderful hotel - the staff are so welcoming, the decor is beautiful and our room was light filled, calm and so comfortable. Lovely touches were complimentary snacks / drinks in the mini bar, binoculars for checking out the sea views from our balcony and a lovely tote bag to take away. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had in a hotel - the only difficulty was deciding what to have! There was such a lovely atmosphere in the hotel - we loved everything about it and look forward to returning.
Excellent hotel
Hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was easy and the parking is very convenient. Room was very clean and well appointed, had a lovely view over the port area. The buffet breakfast was of a very high standard. Lovely roof top pool area and the hotel is convenient to cafes, bars and restaurants. Also convenient to the port for the ferry to Tangier.
Lovely smaller hotel with views of the harbour and 5 minutes walk to centre
We booked two double sea view rooms for ourselves and two adult sons. Nice balconies with views of the harbour and ferry port but over the road so didn't use the balcony too much. I think the Residencia appartments at the other end of Tarifa beyond the castle have much better views of the sea. The rooms were nice with good bathrooms and cleaned everyday. The mini bar was filled with about 8 drinks and some snacks which were provided free of charge, though you had to pay for a refill. The only negative about the room was that both ourselves and our sons had some nice thick towels that were clean but had some significant stains which had to be replaced on a couple of occasions. For a hotel with ~50 rooms the buffet breakfast was excellent and varied with hot options such as fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon. Plenty of pastries, bread, cheese, hams, yoghurts etc as well as lovely fresh orange juice. There was water at the reception, along with salted popcorn and each guest could have a natural flavoured ice cream lolly pop each day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really good idea to book a place in the garage which was a reasonable price per night. The rooftop pool is not enormous but large enough and they have ~ 11 sun loungers, which were not fully occupied the times we used it apart from early on a Friday evening. Great views from the rooftop pool which also has a bar in the afternoon / evening. The hotel is on the harbour and just 5 minutes walk to the main town. I would recommend a trip to Tangier which takes just over 1 hour from Taifa and the place of embarquement for the ferry is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There was an FRS / DFDS ferry office ~ 100 m from the hotel which sold return ferry tickets to Tangier including a guide with a group for just a few €s more than we paid for just the return ferry on-line. The hotel also has a wellness centre which is exceptionally good and equivalent to those of a large hotel. Since we stayed for 7 nights we were offered one complementary visit each which was really nice, though I am not sure I would pay € 25 each for a session unless the weather was really bad outside. All in all to be recommended, the courtyard facing rooms looked nice so the additional price for the rooms with a view of the harbour probably not worth it.
Fab Tarifa hotel
Great hotel with fab location for views across the harbour and to Morocco beyond. Comfy beds and pleasant, airy rooms. Nice touch with 'free' initial mini-bar. Fantastic breakfast with genuinely helpful staff. Always a warm greeting from reception staff too. Highly recommend.

NOTHING is too much trouble
The hotel is wonderful but the staff are just amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, they assist at every turn. I am disabled, room was great but bed a little low for me - can you believe they raised the bed on blocks whilst we were out to dinner. Six stars are due if I could give them! Thank you to all
Opción valida para la zona a pesar de un par de 'peros
LO BUENO: - El personal es bastante amable y profesional. - Elementos decorativos MUY originales, de la zona, creando un ambiente muy agradable y cálido tanto en las habitaciones como en todas las zonas comunes. - Vistas al puerto pesquero y Marruecos (no espectaculares). - Desayuno correcto en cuanto a cantidad y calidad. - Posibilidad de SPA y masajes. - Posibilidad de Parking (de pago). - Dimensiones de la habitación y del baño correctas. - Excelente limpieza tanto en la habitación / baño como en todas las zonas comunes. - Muy buena ubicación a 5 minutos del centro. - Piscina chula y con vistas en la azotea. - Piscina climatizada (esto es un TOP!) LO MALO: - No es especialmente barato - Si seleccionas una habitación con vistas al 'mar' no puede tener 2 problemas serios que condicionan tu estancia considerablemente: 1.- Es una calle con tráfico habitual (y ya más en estas fechas) y justo delante del hotel en el asfalto hay una alcantarilla 'coja' que el 100% de los coches que pasaban la pisaban y siempre estaba haciendo ruido. 2.- Al estar todas estas habitaciones con vistas encima del restaurante del hotel " EL PATIO ". siempre estaba subiendo un insufrible olor a 'fritanga' lo que hacia muy incómodo estar en la pequeña terraza o con las puesta de la misma abiertas.
AMAZING HOTEL!!!
This hotel and all the staff area amazing!!! The pool was fabulous, with a great view as it's on the roof. The breakfast buffet was delicious with more things to choose from than my wife and I have seen in a long time. Restaurant food was delicious as well. The location is perfect, with only a 3-5 minute walk to the ferry going to Morocco. Our room was BEAUTIFUL with our own private tub on our balcony. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again, if we are in Tarifa. Highly recommend!!

Hotel súper acogedor, hemos pasado unos días y ha sido encantador. Habitaciones amplias y no les falta un detalle, y los baños preciosos ! La calidad de la comida en el desayuno de 10 ! El spa con su mini buffet nos dejó enamorados ! Todo el personal del hotel desde que entras hasta que te vas te miman desde el primer momento. Volveremos pronto !!
Excellent stay with professional caring staff
Really lovely hotel in a wonderful position, with easy parking. There were great views. The food was magnificent. I particularly loved the combination of old and modern in the design of the hotel. But what made my stay was the professionalism of the staff. Quietly observant, they created a relaxed atmosphere, where you felt nothing would be too much trouble. If staying in Tarifa stay here you really get what you pay for.
Excellent location to end a bike tour at
Stayed in this hotel at the end of a bike tour. It was a lovely place to finish at. The style is reminiscent of Morocco. Our toom had a window overlooking the patio (not an ocean view), but that made it quieter at night. We also had dinner at this restaurant: the 3 course menu was excellent (local canned tuna salad, brilled seabass with a coconut cream sauce). Breakfast had a very wide selection of foods. Overall, an excellent location
Simply Amazing
Before we stayed here, we read the reviews and did not quite believe some of the ratings and thought surely it was the owner (s) reviewing the hotel. But after staying her, we must admit that this hotel is one of the nicest, and calmest hotels we have ever stayed at. It was absolutely perfect for two nights. Beds were amazing, it was clean and quiet, and the staff were super nice. They have a popcorn machine at night that was great. And the bartender makes amazing Sangria. Also, the french fries from the bar were some of the best we've ever had. If you are in the area, this hotel is the one to stay at.
Schönes Hotel mit viel Stil und hervorragender Qualität
Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel am Hafen mit toller Dachterrasse. Kein Massentourismus😀. Schöne, geschmackvolle Zimmer. Wir hatten eines mit Blick auf den Hafen. Viel Stil in allen Details. Grosszügige Zimmer. Bad mit genügend Platz zum Abstellen der eigenen Utensilien. Hochwertige Pflegeprodukte. Sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, riesige Auswahl und vor allem Top Qualität. Glückwünsch an das Management, hier ist alles durchdacht und so ausgestattet, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Es gehört zu den Highlights aller Hotels, die ich besucht habe.

Una recepcionista ineficaz y desagradable
Elegí este hotel con spa porque en su web parecía agradable y con encanto, pero no he llegado a ir porque su recepcionista es todo menos eso. Una pena que personas así de ineficaces trabajen de cara al público. No solo cometió un error, sino que me echo la culpa a mi. Y por ahora, ni spa, ni me devuelven el dinero….

Gorgeous hotel right on the sea front. The room was beautiful. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. My only issue was the aircon didn't really cool the room. It won't go below 21c and it was still hot. The hotel has eco credentials so that may be why. The pool on thec3rd floor was lovely, the bar area was great as was the breakfast
Great option for visiting Tarifa with two dogs
Perfect option when visiting Tarifa with our dogs. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate a friends birthday. Our first visit to Tarifa and wont be our last. We had one of the ground floor rooms that lead out onto a really pretty open area. Each ground floor room had its own small seating area, perfect for having a morning coffee with our two dogs. Our room was very clean and fairly spacious. Perfectly adequate for a two night stay. We were provided with dog bowls, a bed and dog treats. I noticed just one strange thing in the room, there was no full length wardrobe space, so if (like me) you had a couple of longer dresses there was nowhere to hang them up unless you used the back of the bathroom door. No big deal, just a bit odd. Great that there was no plastic in use. You definitely need to book a parking space in the hotels underground parking if you want to guarantee somewhere close to the hotel to park. It's a bit of a tight space but we managed to get our Range Rover down to the lower 2nd floor. We didn't eat at the hotel other than the self service breakfast which we had to take back to our room as dogs are not allowed anywhere within the hotel except for your room. We were unable to visit the spa and roof pool / bar as we couldn't leave our dogs in the room, the downside of travelling with our pets. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the team that work there. Everyone we met was helpful and smiling. They went a long way to create a really lovely ambience. They gave the hotel a really friendly vibe. We are already planning a return visit next year.

Absolutely loved this hotel, made all the better being in Tarifa. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The suite that we had was extremely tastefully decorated and very comfortable, the bath tub on the terrace was an added bonus. We ate dinner in the restaurant on the second night and it was very good. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, good selection of everything. Pool area very eclectic, it is very protected so can be used even when the wind is really bad. I had a lovely massage, while my husband used the spa facilities. This was a fabulous relaxing end to a very tiring week-long roadtrip.
Fantastic stay!
We stayed in the sea view junior suite 21-28 September. This hotel is amazing. Best location, great breakfast and dinner in restaurant. But the staff made our stay so comfortable. They helped at every opportunity. Fatima at the reception was really amazing. Gave us great walking tips and places to visit. She is a pleasure. Go to this hotel! Joe and Niamh

Alles war perfekt! Kommen wieder! Ich fand den Jefe de Sala, ein junger großer Mann, am Unpassendesten in diesem Hotel: extrem gute Kellnerinnen hat er vor den Gästen bloßgestellt! Das geht NICHT! Wir haben davor noch über den Service geschwärmt, wie aufmerksam und schnell sie sind! Und dann kommt da jemand rein mit einer sehr negativen Energie! So ein CHEF- Benehmen prallt nicht nur bei den Gästen ab, sondern führt dazu, dass die Besten sich etwas anderes suchen. Vielleicht könnte man dem jungen Mann einen Kurs ermöglichen, wie man mit " Menschen " umgehen sollte! Das nächste Mal kommen wir mit unseren Kindern wieder. Danke für alles!

Atención exquisita, detalles y decoración cuidadas al límite (las palomitas, los helados de l recepción y el minibar con cervezas gratis), habitación grande y moderna, silencioso y piscina con unas vistas maravillosas. Necesitábamos un hotel tan precioso con profesionales tan encantadores en tarifa! Sin duda recomendable y repetiremos! Todo un lujo volver!
Fantastic experience, fantastic staff, great interior decoration
This hotel is beautiful. Right in the harbour between the beach and the old town. We stayed for 6 nights with a cute terrasse overlooking the mountains in North Africa. The staff was superhelpful and Adrian (the barkeeper) on the rooftop bar is a smiling artist of a drink mixer. Mostly couples and families there - many travelling trough not staying for many nights. We loved our stay. Thank you to all the staff!
Great hotel... we loved our stay
This hotel is excellent!. The staff is as amazing as the hotel, they are extremely helpful and professional. We stayed 3 nights and the staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants. The location is perfect, it's a 5 minute walk to the port for a day trip to Tangier (which you should do) 5 minutes from the beach and the old town. The breakfast is excellent and not to be missed. The pool is very nice and it has a great view of the harbor. The Wi-Fi is excellent as well. The only negative is the air conditioning. The hotel controls the temperature and you can't get the room cooler then 70 degrees. Which would normally be ok but the air conditioner turns off in the middle of the night and the room can get a little warm. We would give the the hotel a perfect 10 if it wasn't for the air conditioning

Parking privé à disposition sous l hôtel. Très bon restaurant avec une carte courte mais complète

Un hotel precioso con un personal magnífico. Atentos, simpáticos y con un trato muy humano. No puedo decir nada más porque por un inconveniente hemos tenido que cancelar nuestra reserva y ellos han entendido nuestra problemática y nos han hecho una cancelación sin cargo.
Great location with view on Morroco
This is a lovely small hotel on the sea front by the port. Very well located to visit the town. Friendly staff. Room had great view and small balcony. Nice breakfast with good choice. Bit of heaven in Tarifa
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. All the staff were so helpful. The room was beautiful, with loads of space. The ethics of the hotel were very environmentally conscience and sustainable. From the water fountain on each floor and refillable shower gel and shampoos in the bathroom. The breakfast each morning was just amazing with everything and more you wanted in the morning. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the area.

Buenisimo hotel y servicio. Muy cómodo. Los postres muy ricos. Queda justo frente al puerto y una piscina y terraza con hermosa vista. A pasos de la isla de Tarifa y a pasos del pueblo / casco viejo, tiendas y restaurantes.

Great hotel with lovely clean facilities. Good restaurant and a great choice for breakfast. Very comfortable large bedroom with a lovely bathroom. Overall a great place to stay with lovely staff. a We will certainly be returning for another enjoyable stay.
Bien situado
Hotel muy bien situado a escasos minutos del centro. La decoración preciosa y el personal muy amable. El desayuno muy rico, el buffet no es muy grande pero tiene un poco de todo. El ambiente muy de extranjeros por tanto muy muy tranquilo. Como pega la cama que era muy durilla. Recomiendo coger parking porque la zona es complicada para aparcar.
Great location, Fantastic staff
We took three rooms here including the Junior suite for eight nights and it was totally brilliant. The junior suite has a fantastic large terrace and you are very close to the wonderful rooftop, heated pool. ALL the staff from the kitchen, bar and reception are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble, they even arranged a birthday cake for my wife which was made in the kitchen. The spa is small but one of the best I've been in for a while, great space well designed. We will be back in July.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Wir waren 3 Tage in diesem Hotel. Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel. Perfekte Lage zwischen Altstadt und Strand. Sehr nett eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war klasse! Den Pool auf dem Dach konnten wir auch nicht nutzen, da es zu Windig war. Einziger großer Mangel waren die schlechten durchgelegenen Matratzen (ich habe eine Nacht auf dem Boden geschlafen) und der Service.
Great Location, Service, and Value
What is not to love about this hotel? Very clean, wonderful staff who clearly appreciate the meaning of excellent customer service, with great beds! And I don't want to omit the outstanding breakfast buffet with something for everyone. We picked this hotel for its proximity to the ferry terminal as we had reservations for the trip to Tangier. A 3 minute walk. The restaurant is convenient. Even with a limited menu, it served good food. See if you can sit in Barbara's section as she is an outstanding professional.

Perfektes Hotel, bei dem das Gesamtkonzept stimmt - die Einrichtung, das gesunde, umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffett bis zur Tageskarte. Das Personal ist sehr nett, und obwohl das Hotel viele Zimmer hat, fühlt es sich familiär an. Der Pool auf dem Dach spitze, da macht schwimmen sogar im Dezemberregen Spaß !

Hola, fui con mi pareja al echar el día, es decir, visitamos el spa y a continuación un masaje de 25 min cada uno. Para nosotros fue una elección inmejorable tanto el spa como los masajes, y los masajistas de 10. Luego teníamos reservado mesa en el restaurante El patio en el mismo hotel, y fue espectacular el decorado, diseño, comida y sobretodo el servicio de los camareros superamables y profesionales, y destacamos a Jorge que nos cogió la comanda y nos sentimos como en casa. VOLVEREMOS.

Il primo impatto dall'esterno lascia un po' preoccupati, poi invece come si entra il discorso cambia. La struttura è molto carina, un bellissimo patio un bar elegante che offre molto. Colazione abbondante e di qualità, si possono fare i centrifugati con verdura e frutta freschi. Le camere sono belle, eleganti, spaziose e pulite. Il personale gentile e disponibile Molto consigliato

Soggiorno di 3 giorni con la famiglia. Posizione ottima, centrale di fronte al porto a due passi dal centro (quindi fuori dalla folla). L'albergo è bello, nuovo, pulito e la cordialità è di casa da parte di tutto il personale:dalla reception al servizio camera, includendo il bar e il ristorante:Sorrisi e gentile professionalità! Parcheggio sotterraneo, Spa bellissima, piscina panoramica.... cos'altro si vuole? Grazie!
Bel hôtel bien situé
Hôtel très beau et bien décoré avec chambres spacieuse. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité avec possibilité de faire des omelettes etc… peut-être faudrait-il avancer l'heure du petit déjeuner! La piscine sur le toit mi couverte est super agréable avec des enfants! Seul bémol, le matelas du lit bébé n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de ce standing. Le matelas était fin et trop mou.
Koselig fint hotell, men ikke bra frokost
Fint hotell, rent og pent og god service. Litt komplisert innsjekk. Vi hadde en junior suite som var kjempefin, positivt med gratis «førsterunde» på Minibaren. Svømmebasseng på taket var fint, men vær forberedt på mye vind. Skuffende frokost, var litt lite utvalg, men da vi var ferdig med å spise fikk vi beskjed om at de kunne lage Egg, Bacon og div andre retter, men da var vi jo mette, ikke bra.
Very helpful and charming staff
We were staying at the apartamentos but wwnr there for breakfast. Delicious coffee and juice and amazing staff that even checked the wind forecast for the next days. 15 euros for a continental brtakfast with handmade pancakes and many options for hot food made at the moment in the kitchen. It worth it absolutely. Thanks to Fatima, Raul and the argentinan waitress.

Habitaciones de más de 200€ euros la noche con cama de matrimonio pegada a una pared, le planteamos la queja y sencillamente te dicen que te busques otro, lamentable. Lo mejor la piscina y el barman que hace unos cócteles impresionantes, aún así no repetiría.
Best boutique hotel in Tarifa, Spain
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one nite. This was our 10 year wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great location. Cool pool. Safe parking. Friendly staff. Definitely going back!
The palce to stay
Very nice hotel. Freidnly staff. Right on the waterfront. Breackfeast buffe is good. Close to the beach and also to the old town. Roof top terrace with pool. If I return to Tarifa I will stay here again.
Junto al puerto
Opción perfecta para coger el ferry a primera hora en Tarifa. Decorado con mucho gusto, este hotel es acogedor y dispone de un desayuno muy completo. Uno de los principales inconvenientes es que la climatización de las habitaciones es centralizada por lo que no es posible regular la temperatura en cada habitación. Por otra parte el desayuno empieza a las 8:00, algo tarde para los que tienen que madrugar.
Recién estrenado hotel. Todo nuevo y de buen gusto!
El hotel está muy bien decorado con elegancia y estilo. Está justo en frente del puerto y ofrece vistas maravillosas al mar. El desayuno es nota 10! A parte del desayuno ingles de huevos, bacon, tortillas,.. ofrecen zumo de naranja recién exprimido, smoothie de frutas, frutas variadas con yogur, tostadas, tomate, cereales, salmón,.. todo de excelente calidad. Tienen que mejorar el sistema de calefacción, ya que el control del apartamento no funcionaba y hemos pasado mucho calor. También es necesario algún soporte para poner los botes de gel y shampoo en la ducha.
Amazing
Hotel just opened but service is top and the room was amazing plus roof top pool is huge and great. Bar area and restaurant could not be better. Garage typical spanish, small but at least you have some. Staff very friendly. Definitely a great place for Tarifa. Sadly it's not adults only though.
Magnifique Hotel
Superb hotel tout neuf a 3 pas du village. Staff au top et buffet déjeuner excellent. Chambre bien décorée on reviendra. La piscine sur le toit avec vitre sur le port de Tarifa a un joli effet. En famille ou pour Sortie romantique.
Absoluter Geheimtipp
Selten war ich so begeistert, wie von diesem Haus. Nicht nur die Lage ist einmalig, auch das Konzept, die Zimmer und die einmalige Dachterrasse mit Infinity-Pool sind outstanding. Die Atmosphäre am kleinen Fischereihafen ist reizvoll. Der Weg zu den schönen Stränden nur ein paar Schritte. Absoluter Geheimtipp.
Lovely location, great rooms and excellent service
We had an excellent three nights (more on this later!) and the location is perfect opposite the Port. The old town is no more than a 5. minute walk and then to access the beaches its 5 mins the other way. The rooms are excellent and very environmentally considered. Good size bathrooms, well appointed bedrooms and an excellent terrace made it delightful. The breakfasts are very good with friendly staff and a great range of hot and cold food. We also used the car parking space which had plenty of room. We had planned to stay four nights but had to leave after three and there was no problem with cancelling the last night and no charge. Thank you for showing how customer services really can work. This was a brilliant stay and we will be back... excellent
Loved everything about this hotel
What a great hotel at a great price point. We spent three nights and loved the hotel and our room. The decor is stunning and peaceful. The location is perfect. The reception staff were all so very nice and helpful. We had a room facing the inside courtyard, very nice view. The rooms were cleaned perfectly each day. Nice bathroom, great shower, nice large towels, and lots of room. Bed is very comfortable. The buffet breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, eggs made the way you want them, good coffee, and a couple of nice pastries. We also enjoyed dinner one evening in the restaurant. Great tasting food at reasonable prices. All of the restaurant staff were great. There is indoor parking directly below the hotel is also reasonably priced. There is also an infinity pool, but it was too windy to use when we were there. We did not have time to take advantage of the spa. Will definitely stay here the next time I return to Tarifa.

На следующий день, когда я решила оплатить цену, указанную в прайс листе, который стоит на ресепшене, девушка называет сумму на 1 / 3 превышающую написанную. Я спрашиваю: " почему такая разница? " она отвечает, что: " сегодня поменяли " и так табличка со старой ценой стояла всё наше пребывание и ответы " цену сегодня поменяли " продолжались три дня подряд. Когда мы решили сходить на массаж, сотрудница ресепшн сказала, что массажиста надо букировать за два дня, поскольку в отеле их нет и они приезжают специально " под заказ ". Это не укладывается в голове, ведь это Спа-отель. Персонал медлительный, о просьбах по любым вопросам часто забывает. Выбор еды скудный, но в целом вкусно. Из плюсов: 1) Есть парковка. 2) Вкусная еда.
Precioso y bien situado
Me alojé tres o cuatro noches en el mes de Junio. Habitación doble vista a mar con balcón. Me encantó el hotel, precioso y cuidado, muy rico el desayuno y bonito comedor (un poco liado el servicio y la reposición, pero no demasiado alarmante). Perfecto el tema del garaje porque aparcar en Tarifa es un buen lío. La ubicación es maravillosa, frente al puerto y el paseo al faro. A medio minuto, no más, del centro del pueblo, a tres minutos del castillo. La habitación amplia, luminosa, muy bonita. El baño también, un poco incómoda la entrada para ducharse, pero tampoco excesivo. Buen aire acondicionado. Cama matrimonial de 160 de ancho, muy cómoda. El balconcito con una preciosa vista, muy acogedor también. La piscina de la azotea es bonita con buenas vistas, bastantes hamacas alrededor, y con una parte de cristal muy curiosa... Me gustó todo, volvería sin dudarlo, me parece un tanto caro, eso sí. Saludos
Caro pero merece la pena
Todo genial, el hotel es muy nuevo y todo estaba en perfecto estado. Lo único negativo que en el check-in no nos explicaron cosas que incluía la reserva y que podríamos haber disfrutado y nos enteramos cuando salíamos al escuchárselo a otros. Pero por lo demás muy bien, el SPA correcto, la piscina exterior una pasada. El restaurante bueno y a precio razonable, el desayuno bueno y abundante. Y sobre todo la sensación de tranquilidad ante el COVID, tienen políticas anticovid y las aplican de forma rigurosa. Para repetir.
Soggiorno indimenticabile!
Hotel nuovissimo, confortevole e magnificamente decorato. Dispone di una terrazza meravigliosa da cui è possibile godere di una vista superba. Infinity piscina da sogno e spa semplicemente perfetta. La camera è curata nei minimi particolari, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort, in altre parole un piccolo gioiello. La colazione è abbondante e non manca assolutamente nulla, poi tutto è preparato con cura ed è davvero buonissimo (anche la nostra bambina ha apprezzato). Un ringraziamento particolare va alla splendida Sabrina, gentilissima e sempre disponibile, che ci ha consigliato i migliori ristoranti, negozi, spiagge... praticamente ci ha coccolato e seguito durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. GRAZIE, ti porteremo sempre nel cuore!
Great stay
Nice rooms, good breakfast, great pool and bar. Location is great near the coast and beaches. There is a garage as well. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, the rooms are nice and quite. Lot's of restaurants and bars are located in the neighborhood.
Hotel & Spa la Residencia Puerto
I have been coming to Tarifa for 15 years so I know the area well. I was really looking forward to staying at the hotel. The roof top pool has no shade at all - no service for any refreshments. So not a hotel to bring children where you want a day by the pool!!! The hotel has no atmosphere, they could do so much more to change that. Staff pleasant. Rooms good It's very expensive for what you get.
Boutique !
Una vera e propria piccola boutique per la cura dei dettagli e i servizi offerti. Ottima colazione, piccola ma molto curata spa, bel rooftop con piscina riscaldata e vista panoramica. Dall'esterno non si percepisce il livello dell'hotel! Molto pulito con attenzione all'eco sostenibilità. Inoltre la prima fornitura del frigo in camera è offerta, così come un drink di benvenuto all'arrivo. Consigliato!!
Superará tus expectativas¡¡
Estupendo hotel, de calidad, más cercano a un 4* Sup ó 5* que no de 4 Las habitaciones, confortables, amplias. Nos asignaron una al patio interior, en planta baja: muy acogedora y muy práctica al ir con el cochecito del bebé. Amenities de calidad, cama muy confortable, minibar gratuito (soft drinks) Almorzamos el día de llegada y también nos gustó la calidad del producto. Desayuno del día siguiente al detalle, con algún aspecto a mejorar pero maravilloso La decoración del hotel, con mucho gusto y cuidada al detalle. La ubicación envidiable y las vistas desde la piscina muy chulas. Aquí faltaría dar " vida " al pool bar pero llevaba escasas 2 semanas abiertos El Spa lo visité pero no hicimos uso: pese a ser de dimensiones no muy grandes, el mejor spa en cuanto a decoración y ambiente que he podido ver. Y a destacar la amabilidad y predisposición del personal : sonrisa permanente y atentos a tus necesidades, desde camareras de pisos, recepción, personal de restaurante y dueños¡¡, matrimonio alemán a quienes tuvimos la oportunidad de saludar. Si vais a Tarifa.. buena opción para alojaros
A due passi da tutto
Ho trascorso 3 giorni in questo raccolto e grazioso hotel, che si trova in ottima posizione con vista sul porto e a 2 passi dal centro e anche da una meravigliosa e lunghissima spiaggia, dove si trovano diversi ottimi ristoranti e chiringuiti. L'hotel è in stile riad marocchino, romantico, ma nel contempo moderno. La nostra stanza, che si affacciava sul porto non era grandissima ma molto carina e stilosamente arredata. Buona la colazione. Ottima la spa, seppur anch'essa non grandissima, ma offre comunque tutto, abbiamo provato i massaggi e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La piscina si trova sul tetto con una bella vista. Calcolando il vento che c'è molto spesso a Tarifa, ottima l'idea di costruirla per metà all'aperto e per metà circondati da vetrate così da poter stare in piscina anche nei giorni più ventosi ma godere comunque della stessa e della vista. Buono il sevizio bar della piscina. In conclusione un ottima soluzione per visitare Tarifa in un ambiente elegante ma informale
Top hotel op zeer centrale locatie
Vrij nieuwe hotel met sfeervolle inrichting. personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn top. Vraag of boek een kamer met zeezicht, dan kijk je uit op de haven. Bedden heerlijk, kluis en TV aanwezig. Badkamer is ruim en alles is zeer schoon. Ontbijt is buffet, met zeer ruime keuze. Zwembad op bovenste verdieping is heerlijk en geeft door de glazen wanden een heel mooi uitzicht. Let wel op, door de wind lijkt het lekker koel, maar je verbrand waar je bij staat. Voor diner, ga linksaf en loop ongeveer 200m naar restaurant MicMoc. Een topper met heerlijke gerechten.
