bar con shakes sul beach path
Lockdown ridotto a maggio a Boracay, con gli esercizi che possono fare offerte di di cibo da take-over. DeParis è un resort con bar che si affaccia sulla beach e offre fruit shakes di buona fattura a prezzo molto contenuto. Per me rappresenta la meta di una passeggiata sulla beach con shake al sunset.
Resort needs refurbishment
This resort seriously needs renovation. You can hear the floor squeaks when you walk on it. The furnitures and linens are outdated as well. This resort is about 5 mins walk to D'Mall. Free breakfast is ala carte and their food are reasonably priced but only few options.
Beach Front Bora Hideaway
If your are looking for a beachfront and affordable decent place in Boracay this is a good place for you. However due to the recent typhoon management isn't able to fix the roofs yet when we were there. Too much drippings on the roof and wet floors. I am not comfortable the way the transpo guys brought us to the hotel.. from the main road they take us to the back entrance where it's muddy and passing thru dirty kitchens and shanty homes.. not an impressive first impression. However they have friendly staff and you'll feel home away from home. It's located right in the center of where the fun is.. beautiful shorelines, sunset view, bars and restaurants, shops etc. Hopefully they will be done fixing the roofs in time for summer.

Me and my family stayed for 6 nights, the location is literally on the beach, the staff are very friendly and more than happy to help with any issues. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the breakfast are very nice with a good choice to choose from. There is also a pet dog (matty) that lives there which is absolutely adorable and believe me you will want to take him home with you. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely yes, we will definitely be going back to this family friendly hotel again. Thanks to all the staff there and see you all soon. Ps. You will not find a better beach resort in the world than Boracay. Jamie, sheryll, Shane and Karyll. England.🏴
Average quality. But situated by the beach front
Location: in the middle of the tourist area. Accessible to other restaurants, mall, and bars. Room: stuffy (my window opens up to the corner corridor), Aircon and TV works well, bed / beddings / pillows are all right. Bathroom: big space! Provided very small-sized soaps. Towels provided too. Front desk staff: friendly. Lobby / dining area: wooden furniture (appears to have been stuck in the 1990s). Cost: slightly expensive to other " basic " hotels that I have stayed in Station 1.
Cute hotel with great staff
Literally a perfect location. The beach couldn't be more accessible. Yes the hotel is dated, if you want the Hilton this is not it, but it is very affordable, and the staff was fantastic. Also, the offer a full breakfast with your stay which saves you around 300 to 400 pesos per person every morning. The furniture is dated, but plenty of towels and everything was clean. If you like something that gives you the island feel, this is a good place. I will be booking again in the future, the location and staff made sure I will want to book here again.

Отдыхали в Депарисе в ноябре 2017. Конечно, это не крутой отель, но там работает замечательный дружелюбный персонал!) Очень приятная атмосфера в отеле) Убирают в номере каждый день и кормят вкусно) Самое крутое, что отель удобно расположен посередине острова и на первой линии, при выходе открывается невероятный вид на море!) Уверена, что приеду туда еще раз, если полечу на остова)
Beachfront hotel
Stayed for 2 nights since our regular hotel was fully booked. Surprise with our room, clean and bathroom is recently renovated. Good A / C with ceiling fans, in-room safe, Beach can be seen as you walk the door, beach towels and beach bed available. Free breakfast and affordable dinner buffet and variety each night. Friendly staff.
nice beach front hotel but front desk people was a disaster
Deparis hotel in general is ok. a typical 3 star hotel. my partner checked in on one of the rooms upstairs last week. it was a good 4 days stay at the hotel. but one thing that needs a huge improvement are the front desk receptionist. we arrived around 7 am and the lady manning the desk is somewhat unresponsive. she doesn't smile at all as if her work is a burden to her. was asking some questions and she simply is not into it. i hope the owner, who happens to be French people, try hiring cheerful and young people. they serve good breakfast though as it comes free with the room. our exhaust fan at the CR was not working. hot shower is not working. our room has a safe deposit box so it was quite useful for us. maintenance crew entered our room without informing us so we did not know what they did inside as we noticed our things were dislocated. i would recommend the place for adults. but for those with children, better think twice as the place is quite dark, with mosquitos and cats hanging around. hotel is at station 2 where the center is. they serve affordable buffet dinner at Php 475. overall, if your not the demanding type, this will do.
Too old, poorly maintained and managed
The location is pretty good, located in station 2, front of the beach. That's the only advantage this place has. The rooms are too old, the place poorly maintained and managed. The food wasn't pleasant. Too expensive for the services and the quality. It's not worth what I paid for. Staff lack of hospitality and training.

It was my 2nd time to stay here and this time i have my friends with me. I am the one who chose this resort for them and i must say, they enjoyed their whole stay. From the resort location (beach front), food (single plate and not buffet - still good though), room cleanliness and friendly staff. It was a great experience and will definitely stay here again soon. We also enjoyed their beach bed but unluckily we need to move our bed beside the tree for sun protection since they don't have their umbrella during our stay.

Stayed here with my friends during our thanksgiving vacation, Nov 24-26, 2016. - Beachfront along station 2 - easy access to everything around boracay. - Clean room, a little small but good enough for 4pax. - Minimal cable channels, not a deal breaker since you'll be out or asleep for the most part. - Fast and free WiFi connection - Offers buffet dinner for only Php399 (plus live music courtesy of our neighbor hotel, lol!) - Friendly and accomodating staff Overall, budget friendly yet cozy 2-night stay! 👍👍👍
Love it!
The buffet was so great and not expensive its only 499 each and they have good variety of foods like Crab, fish, chicken and spring rolls and more they also have bottomless ice tea and the place is also very nice infront of the sea at station 2 balang beach. I would love to eat here again one I visit boracay again hopefully next year on my birthday ha-ha..
Great 'fun outside' compensates for 'the lackings' inside
Super Peak season stay in a family room, which was shabby, but clean. The room had a 70-ties model aircon with the noise of a starfighter and fortunately the alternative was the ceiling fan. Deparis gives the idea that once constructed, it should be the milk cow created to maintain the owners for a couple of generations. The impression that no dime had been reinvested to improve the structure and services and elevate the guests comfort was captured by my 16 years old son. Therefore, we will not return, because comparing to other beach resorts in a range of 300 mt, this resort's money / value ratio is not sufficient. This place lives by the grace of it's surroundings and 'collegues' who really try to create added value to the beauty of the Boracay beaches.
Great location & & clean rooms
We stayed in Deparis Jan. 2016.... The staff was very friendly & & accomodating. We stayed in the family room with 3 queen size bed, 2 bathroom, big living room outside & & kitchen. We really had a great time!!!

Not a Hotel! Overrated
Think twice before you book this place. They are neither a resort nor a hotel, the place is a hostel / guest house with substandard amenities. Definitely not a 3-star place contrary to what they are claiming they are. Check out the pics i have taken.... they claim to be a 3-star place for a 3-star price - you can get way better hotels at a similar or lower price.
Beach Front Hotel in Station 2
Our stay (9 Persons) in Deparis Beach Resort Boracay were PERFECT. We had booked 2 Front Superior Quadrooms and 1 Front Standard. A very nice beach front location in Station 2 and near to the Mall. Their Buffet were sumptuous, lot of dishes to choose and unlimited Ice Tea ! Thumbs Up, Deparis Beach Resort Boracay.
April 2015 Boracay visit
recently visited Boracay and stayed at this hotel with 2 quad rooms. following are some review: pros: - very near to beach but rooms are without beach view. - quite in the room although there are a lot of happenings along the street. - friendly staffs. - 24 / 7 security (u cant see the security guards until u walk into the hotel and he will ask u which room are you staying if you don't look familiar.) - Homestay concept as all the staffs are staying in the hotel as well. - toilet is clean, bed are clean as well. - pillows are soft, in fact too soft.... Cons: - the aircond is old with serious sound. - rooms are hot although with aircond and fan in full speed - fan speed is slow... - bed sheet is abit old - TV is old as well (well who wana watch TV when u visit an island) - safety box is locked and you need to seek assistant from security to activate it. - room lock is simple (I mean on bang will open the door) but CCTV are surrounding you. - don't expect buffet breakfast ya..... they have only selected menu for breakfast, other thn that, u gotta add money..... overall price pernight is approx. MYR 400 for 4person
Beachfront hotel
Suitable for families. My gal was happy to see the beach right after stepping out. It is a bit hard to get to, we passed by a dark alley to go to the main road. But then again, it is right in front of the beach. Very nice vibe here and thhey have a buffet dinner available every single night. The room was so-so. We could smell what they were cooking so...
Good location, poor room & value
Stayed 5 nights and would not return. For the price paid, the quality of the room was bad: next to the kitchen, noisy, water leaks, no natural light, etc. Also got to visit the cottages at the back when requested to change room: avoid them. On the good side: great location, beach front, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Affordable, does the Job, great location
Booked a trip with family and with a short notice, this was one of the best remaining options in terms of price and location (might be cheaper if you book in advance). We expected it do the job of a clean place to sleep in and it did. I would recommend it if you really want a beach front hotel with a tight budget. - Its a bit of a walk from where a bus or a taxi would drop you through an ally that gets you to the beach where all the hotels and bars are there (few other fancier hotels had an entrance from the street) yes you will have to carry your bags and walk. - The look is a little outdated wood based. - We booked a cottage that sleeps 4 our room had 2 big comfortable beds. - Very clean with AC as well as a ceiling fan. - They provide you with towels for the beach from the reception - They offer a few breakfast options, our checkout was much earlier than the breakfast timing, but they made sure we had our meals prepared by taking our order the night before. - The wifi is free and fast throughout the hotel, but our cottage was behind the hotel and the signal was weak. - The cleaning staff were very nice. - They offer buffet dinners but we didnt try them as we were trying other places around. - Their location is great in the middle of everything *mosquito, mosquito bites everywhere, take precautions *the only thing is that walking to the cottages area you will have to pass by the laundry section and the lockers of the employees as well as the workshop the handyman uses. its not really a big deal. *if you end up going to that area make sure to ask about the market, has alot of shops for clothing and gift items (bargain friendly) in addition to the fish market (buy your fish and give it to one of the restaurants next to it, they will charge you for cooking it the way you want it)
Ok for a cheap deal
We stayed here for 4 nights over new year. It was good value. However our room was the cottages at the back it was terrible. It was not clean and it was riddled with mosquitos. It was like staying in someone's garden. The only good thing about the room was the balcony. The bar staff and the bar was great and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again as it was good value but I would want a different room. I would pay for the extra upgrade.
Comfortable, Clean, Affordable in the Middle of the Action
Room was comfortable & clean - great value at this price point: high thread count sheets, new pillows, flat screen TV, other furnishings were dated but in working / functional condition. Original mattress sagged - asked to have it replaced & received a brand new memory foam mattress :) Bedspread was tired but was replaced by a brand new microfiber blanket. Housekeepers very honest - nothing went missing including a laptop that did not fit in the safe. Location: Right in the middle of Station 2 on Boracay Island. We selected this location to be close to everything & it is! 2-3 minute walk will take you to D'Mall or D'Market & more restaurants than I could count. The music is pretty loud until 3:00 am but the a. c. muffled it enough that it was not a problem. If that is not for you, try Station 1 or Station 3, which are quieter but a very long walk. Spa quality soap & bathroom tissue are supplied, complementary glasses or filtered water are available upon request from the bar. Dinner buffet in nice, breakfast included is a bit light - we added an order of eggs each day. Request a large coffee for no additional fee as refills are extra.
Fantastic location
We found Deparis Resort to be located right in the middle of White Beach, and directly facing the beach. The location is perfect as you are right in the middle of everything and most of the action and activities are within 5 minutes walking. Yes its not 5 star accommodation (but what is in Asia?) but it is a nice budget hotel with budget prices, considering how expensive Boracay is now. Dinner buffet is pretty good too and the staff will do their best to take care of you.
Best Deal in Boracay
We spent 3 nights / 4 days at DeParis last Dec 9th and had a great time in Boracay! Originally, my sister and her grown kids were booked in the cottage but since it is a long walk from the main entrance and to the beach, Mimi suggested to moved them closer and for the same rate, we couldn't asked for more! The place is clean, at Station 2 and simple breakfast is included. Our rooms are alays kept clean and they do have hot water! We arranged for pick up from Kalibo to Boracay and the pick up was so organized, it went very smoothly. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant although I've heard its been in the business for many many years now. We went to market and bargain for fresh seafoods, had it cooked and saved a lot pf money which we used for the water activities since they were costly. We tried almost all the water activities in Boracay and had the great time! We will definitely come back and stay with De Paris again. Thank you to the friendly staff!
Good value for money
It's not a first class hotel but you'll get good value for your money. The staff are nice, rooms are clean and the food is ok. Overall, it's a good price to pay for the kind of accomodation they offer.
My 3rd time in this resort
This is my 3rd time to stay in this resort, first with friends, second and third time with family. I always love going back to this place because of its location, its beach front and i find the rate reasonable. We always stay at the same room on the second floor just right by the restaurant. The receptionist was friendly, she tried to accommodate the 3 of us because my original booking was just for single occupancy and i forgot to inform her that i will be changing room because there are two more coming with me. Even during the email exchange for booking, she was very pleasant. The room she gave us was big enough for the 3 of us, cable tv and aircon working well and the water shower was cool. The room was clean. They provided us beach towels. I couldn't remember anymore if there were amenities in the bathroom because i always bring my own. I didn't try their food though because there are plenty to choose from many restaurants by the beach. The guard by the beach (iam not sure if he was from the resort) was very friendly and he watched our belongings while we were in the water. We checked out early in the morning because we have to catch our flight to cebu. The bill was ready at the reception before we informed them that we checking-out. When we drop by Boracay Island for the 4th time, we will definitely stay at this resort.
very nice and accomodating staff
My friend and I transferred to this hotel from La Carmela de Boracay as we decided to extend our stay in boracay for another night. we were given the standard room acomodation for 1, 800 / night for the two of us and this is without breakfast, room rate with breakfast is 2, 500. Location is pretty good as this is a beachfront resort and it is in the middle of D'Talipapa and D'Mall. Overall, experience was very good and we will definitely consider going back. :)
bon rapport qualite prix
j'ai sejourné en novembre 2010, la 1ere semaine il a beaucoup plu et apres le soleil est arrivé, l'eau et la plage, magnifique, vraiment Crystal clear water et sable tres blanc. situé en milieu de plage, vraiment bien placé, tres proche de la vie nocturne. Le personnel est tres avenant, concernant la chambre au vu du prix payer rien a dire, si vous voulez un confort de qualité superieur, il faut y mettre le prix.
Good for cheap accommodation, excellent location, lovely people
Simple, very basic place with no glasses, water or shampoos provided. Daily towels, soap and toilet pepper is all they provide and they are ok. They have clean and simple rooms with greatest TV channels and very friendly staff. You hear some noise around midnight and morning if your neighbours are loud but you sleep mostly ok all night. Aircon is not too loud but right above your head. It is not a problem though as the fan is quite good and relatively quiet. Bed and pillows are ok. Shower curtain is a bit too close and touches you while showering, which is a bit annoying considering all the bacteria they collect. But can be avoided by keeping it away or not using it at all. There was a slight noise of an engine on and off first night but we stayed as the location is just great, close to everything and our room was at the back enough not to hear the party on the beach. The engine noise disappeared the next day, might be the generator. The lamp in the room flickered after turning it off but they d fix it if you asked. If these little inconveniences I mentioned were solved, I d stay here even if it cost a bit more. As we spent most of your time out trying out food and coffee outdoors, this place served well to save our money for experiences and stay in the heart of the beach.
More than what we expected
My friends and I were booked for a non-beachfront room this June. When we arrived, they directed us to a room right beside the kitchen, and the first thing we noticed was the smell of fish being fried. I immediately went to the front desk to ask if we could get moved to another room because of the smell, and they upgraded our room to a beach front one for the same price. Overall the room was good, it had two queen sized beds, a small refrigerator and a flat screen TV with cable. The room came with a safe, but it seems to have no power on it. The bathroom was really spacious and the shower was (thankfully) heated. The airconditioning was good and quiet, although there was a power outage on our last night, and the generator could only support the wall fans. You could hear the noise coming from the 2nd floor when someone runs or drops something. But thankfully the people upstairs seem to know this coz they're fairly quiet at night. We love the location. It's near everything. D'Mall was about 5 mins away, and most of the restaurants were near us. The closest establishment was Club Summer, which is a hotel away from Deparis. I can say that its not for people who wants the peaceful part of Boracay. Its more for yuppies or people who doesnt mind the hustle and bustle of the Boracay crowd. Breakfast was included and it was really good. Although, I'm guessing its a lot more expensive with non-guests. They have a dinner buffet every night, and it was reasonably priced. We weren't able to try it, but there seems to be a lot of people who eat there. Service was excellent. They cleaned our rooms everyday without asking. We weren't expecting that from a budget hotel, but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless. Their housekeeping closes early though. I went at around 8-9 pm to request for an extra matress, and the lady told me that she couldn't set it up any more coz the storage room was locked. It was disappointing but we understood that it was kinda late for them. Although, they redeemed themselves when they kept our bags til 4 pm and even informed us through text when our shuttle arrived. :P Overall, it was good. Its perfect for a group of friends. And service was more than one would expect. Well, at least for us.
never!never!
We booked via agoda.com thinking from the photos that we got more than what we paid for, but when we arrived at the deparis resort the receptionist wasn't that friendly. The 1st room the they provided which is near the dining area smelled like mold. then they moved us to rooms at the back. walking on the pathway was difficult grass and plants were growing and sticking out. They should have trimmed it. The waiting area outside of the room were abundant with mosquito. Bathroom shower was not working. Toilet flush was broken after 1 use. we asked for assistance but they said that the service crew will arrive after 4hrs. i will never stay here!
Great location, beach front resort
We got a beach front room with two queen beds. The room is clean enough with LCD TV, Cabinet and refrigerator. The bathroom stinks and flush is broken. The only amenities provided are towels, tissue and soap. If you are planning to stay here, you have to bring your own shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. No swimming pool. WIFI connection is on and off. Front desk staff wasn't accommodating when we raised the issue. Breakfast is okay but starts late, 8 am. Will come back here if budget is limited but if not, will look for a better hotel / resort.
hotel a renover
du 30 decembre au 3 janvier, nous avons reserver un cottage delabré, salle d eau salle, et peinture a refaire, l hotel est tres bien située parcontre il faudrais le renové a tous les niveaux, pour le prix que nous avons payer c est du vole. le petit dejeuné : 2tartines une omelette et un café, pas vraiment de choix pas de buffet

一番にぎやかなDモールから近い、3－5分。 ただし下は砂浜なのでサンダルが良い。 スーツケースは超しんどい。 ビーチフロント。 後ろのコテージ部屋からは海は見えないが、レストランや正面の部屋からは景色が良い。 朝食はまずまずだが、時間が掛かる。 昼、夜はDモールとかで食べれば良い。 便利だが夜は深夜まで音楽が鳴っているので、耳栓必要、ボラカイ全体に言える事ですが。 Chineseが激増して物価も上がった、仕方無いかな。 蚊が多い。 Dモールでスプレーや香取線香買った。 毎日掃除の際にスプレーして くれますけど、入ってくる。 ボラカイで一番大物が期待できる、ヤパック好きな人はステーション1のホテルがおすすめ。 一番まともな日本料理はステーション3にあります。 まあ、でもDモール近いので、食事や買い物に便利です。
For the price, it's tolerable
Very, very basic, but it is quiet, i'ts in the busiest part of Boracay, dead centre on the beach, has it's own bar with very reasonably priced drinks and cheap, good food. The shower had very very weak water preasure, don't drink the tap water (same everywhere on Boracay), the laundry women did all our weeks laundry for about $1.50 aussie, I gave her $15 and because she also Ironed our clothes. If I ever go back to Boracay, and I'd like to one day, I probably will upgrade the digs and spend a bit more to stay at Willies or somewhere a little more up-market (Boracay style).
Good & cheap hotel
If your looking for a good & cheap hotel in boracay, then this is the place to go, the location is great, right in front of the beach & next to some great bars such as Summer Place which is only a 10 second walk from the hotel. The staff are helpfull & friendly & the food is good to, try the mustard steak, it was real tender & juicy. But one word of warning, keep your distance from the owner as he stinks of urine & I dont mean a little bit, he stunk that much that I was dry gaging when he walked pasted, apart from that it's a good hotel to stay at.
Below average
The location of the hotel is great, it is at the very centre of the everything else. It is nearby to the shopping place, buffet places, bars and a couple of metres away from the white beach. Was only able to book the cottages which where located behind the the entrance of the hotel. The room is okay for those with low expectations. The room amenities aren't that good and it looks like its been there for a while. Basically wasn't really impressed with the room's items. Pillow were clean but awfully been used to much, no basic essentials such as soap, shampoo, disposable toothbrush nor toothpaste were provided. Breakfast is okay (really affordable). Wifi is unrealiable. But the staff could be more customer orientated and provide better service. If you are no frills traveler, this hotel is alright. Good location I must say. Pros: excellent location Cons: Not worth the money when peak period, customer service is lacking.

After Elnido, Boracay was my next destination. Have just arrived back and couldnt wait to update my review. Deparis is a great place to live because of its location - right on the beach, centrally located and you see your self in the middle of every thing that's happening in Bora - no chance of missing any excitement 5 mins walk from the mall / ATM etc, the rooms are good and the best part is the staff - very helpfull and accomodating. Look for rooms 0, 1, 3, 4 - These are just at the enterance. Food is good and the drinks are affordable- enjoy the holidays - Gary / Dodo 29th May'12

pro: ampia stanza con diversi appoggi / contenitori per valigie e abiti - pulizie accurate - cambio asciugamani giornaliero - posizione centrale proprio di fronte alla white beach e nel vivo del paese (perciò tutto a portata di mano: punto di partenza delle barche per le escursioni, ristoranti, negozi, farmacia, bar) - sdraio dell'hotel a disposizione dei clienti - buon caffè a colazione contro: pressione dell'acqua in doccia debolissima - mobilia datata - condizionatore rumoroso - nessuna finestra apribile (ma grande vetrata da cui comunque entra poca luce perchè si affaccia su un patio che dà su un muro)

Nice, clean affordable hotel just by the beachfront (white beach). Excellent and helpful staff, great food. They remember your name and your room. All in all à great hotell

What i can say about Deparis: Location: since it is a beachfront its very accessible to the beach. Right in the center so near the mall and talipapa. Food: free daily breakfast and dinner buffet. Serves good food and they have affordable cocktail drinks. No complains honestly. Room: a standard room which is good for 2. I love the bathroom coz its big. They also provide clean towels everyday. My complain only is that Im not comfortable with the bed cause they have a hard mattres. Housekeeping is done daily which is nice. Service / staff: friendly, accomodating Value for money: excellent. Offers affordable package. I would definitely comeback here :p
Accommodating staff & good food @ their resto & place is pretty secure
We went there during a rainy weather & the staff were nice enough to offer us a huge discount on the room even though we were walk-ins guests. They even let us see all the rooms available before we decided on them. The place we stayed in was very well kept but they need to get rid of the pools of waters near the cottages at the back. They have security guards 24 / 7 so thats added points for them. They make good beef tapas for breakfast!

I left my mobile phone in a drawer in the room while I went on an island hopping tour, when I came back the mobile phone was gone. The room was locked and the only people in it were the cleaners. Reported it to reception and received no help whatsoever... was told that I must have misplaced it and there was nothing they could do. Asked to speak to a Manager - no one was available, asked for an email for the owner and was given a generic hotmail address. Totally unacceptable response from the reception staff. Do not stay here. overall apart from my mobile being stolen I would not stay here again - rooms smelled, staff unfriendly and food really bad. Horrible experience.
Perfect Location. Outstanding food. Old Boracay still intact..
I stayed with De Paris for two weeks this August. This quaint restaurant / resort is located in the very center of Boracay, on White Beach. After seeing, " Yellow Cab " and " Starbucks " and " underground discos " (lol), I was relieved to fine this gem still maintained, a true remnant from the Boracay I remember from 10 years ago. There is no better value anywhere on the beach. With 1, 500peso a night (with AC / TV / Hot Water), budget meals.... I could go on and on about you get for your money. The food.... excellent. With numerous " all you can eat " buffets catering to Chinese / Korean package tourists up and down the beach, I found you can get a FAR superior meal a la carte from De Paris, for much less. Order the oysters. I basically lived on Oysters and Pepper Steak. The pastas. Their fresh fish dishes (check with the kitchen).. French, Filipino and Thai courses.... and the girls working there are more than happy to help you out with your selection. The bar is friendly and the perfect place to start out an evening before wandering the beach. Whether you're on a family vacation or backpacking solo.... For those of you looking for a place that has it's own personality; that still has that " beach feel, " in the very heart of the island, look no further.

I do not understand why people make such a fuss about the food when there are obviously alot of competiton around. My husband and i have stayed here many times and we buy our own fish and beef / veg and have the cooks grill them up. YUM. people here are nice when you are nice to them and the rooms are clean and very hygenic. We honestly could not ask for more! It is a home away from home. <3
Perfect for budget travellers
The hubby and I are budget travellers who have come to expect no frills with our hotel rooms, so at Php1, 500 / night (around $32), we weren't expecting much from our room. But it was surprisingly spacious and well maintained. The hot shower is perfect (told you we have low expectations:p) and the staff gives us new towels everyday even without us asking. The hotel is right along the beach and near the shopping and restaurant strip, but our room is quiet enough and we don't hear the music from the bars. Budget travellers will find the extra space a treat, but I won't recommend this hotel to those used to being pampered in a hotel.

das hotel liegt direkt am strand. gleich vorweg es handelt sich um ein guest house, und nicht um ein resort nach unserem standart. die zimmer sind gross und recht sauber, jedoch ohne irgendeinen luxus, was man in dieser preisklasse aauch nicht erwarten kann und sollte. sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist das gratis wifi internet. die angestellten sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit zum scherzen bereit. es geht sehr familiär zu. das essen im hotel restaurant ist gut und günstig. alles in allem: wer nur ein zimmer zum schlafen sucht, macht hier sicher nichts falsch, da es unserer meinung nach ein sehr gutes preis - leistungverhältnis gibt. natürlich muss man einige abstriche in punkto komfort machen, jedoch gibts die richtigen luxus resorts auf boracay erst ab ca. 300 euro pro nacht auf boracay. und die filippinen sind eben noch nicht so weit entwickelt wie z. b. thailand. so können wir dieses hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen.
Shocking Food
We went here based on magazine and TV advertising to be be let down severely. This has equivalent to the worst food at the highest price. Disgusting wines, staff obviously accustomed to negative feedback. Steak was tenderised to oblivion. if Deparis is French then scred bleu kill the the cook there is no chef. This place easily outclassed by most every restaurant on White Beach.
