Бюджетный отель в самом центре
В самом центре острова, до ресторанов, баров и пляжа - 2 минуты, но в то же время не на первой линии - не шумно. Персонал отзывчивый, в номере не было фена - взяли на ресепшен, также помогли организовать трансфер в Калибо. Номера маленькие, вида из окон нет.
Affordable place to stay
We had a difficult time finding the hotel but we managed by asking the locals. The room is addordable and clean. Few steps away from the beach and the hosts prepared us good breakfast. Not your fancy type of hotel but a good place to stay if you are on a budget.
Cheap hotel and near the beach front!
I liked the location of this hotel. Located at the back of Deparis Hotel in the beach front in Station 2. You needed to have 1000 pesos for the deposit and hotel voucher to avoid inconveniences. They lacked cleaning as day to day routine. They should check the room everyday to get trash. Money wise, they is the best place for you if you want to save money during your stay in Boracay. Breakfast were very basic and staff were not that welcoming as the previous staffs before.
Worth the Money
We stayed here for just a night and was very surprised to see how nice the place (given the fact that it is very cheap compared to other apartelles near the area) and the staffs are very nice and accommodating. The place is very clean and quite. We had a very good sleep. 3 minutes walk and you are already in the beach front. The food is ok.
Quick Trip to Bora
So my boyfriend's cousin's cousin asked about how it's like to be in Bora and that he'd want to go there for the summer. This was a month back so obviously there was not much planning that transpired. He bought them tickets to Kalibo and started to look for places to stay. They chanced upon Casa D'Estrella as it was very affordable, able to accomodate 4 people in a room and available at the dates of the travel. It's a quaint place which could be a little challenging to find at it is not along the beachfront, and situated along a narrow road where the new hospital is built. Not the most ideal location but the rooms made up for it. The room was clean, and very well airconditioned. The room was so cold and the bed comfy. The toilet was also clean and they had hot water. The place felt secured amid the narrow road as it had its own gate. The attendants were also very friendly and accomodating. This is a good place for those who just needs a quiet, safe and clean and reasonable place to stay in Boracay.
Value for money and nice staff
Every year my husband and I always go to Boracay, it's our favorite place to unwind and relax. Back in March 2016, I went to look for a budget hotel / inn and saw this in Agoda. It has good reviews for an inexpensive place to stay so this became my choice. We then decided to book a budget room for 2 nights and got it for PHP3, 300 only with breakfast. The room is just right for 2 people and has no T. V. The apartelle is like a house and has that homey vibe. The staff were great as well though I forgot the lady who took care of us. They were nice and accommodating. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach and would have to pass by an alley. Personally, that is fine with me but if you are traveling with a child or baby, it would not feel safe to pass by there especially at night. The apartelle is accessible to D'mall as well. All in all, I would recomment Casa d' Apartelle for a budget-friendly place to stay in Boracay.

Отель около второй станции. Расположен на маленькой улице за отелями первой линии. Не далеко от D Mall. На втором этаже номера предпочтительнее. В номере не плохая двухспальная кровать, кондиционер. Есть балкончик, но вида не какого кругом такие же гесты. Пляж рядом, но проход узкий, практически " дырка " между двумя отелями. В номере комары, это видно по пятнам на стенах :). Хороший, но небольшой завтрак на выбор из меню.
Quarto Simples porém funcional
Pegamos um quarto simples com duas camas de solteiro, camas confortáveis. Banheiro limpo e com uma boa ducha. Café da manhã padrão de Filipinas com algumas opções padrões como em todos os outros hotéis que fomos. Pagamos 3.000 PHP pelas duas diárias em novembro.2016.
Hidden Gem
Casa D' Estrella Apartelle truly deserves a much higher rating. Hidden behind the imposing presence of a huge 4-star hotel in the heart of Boracay Station 2, this 2-star lodge is by no means lacking in value & significance. It undeniably excels in the quality of its service, affordability & warm hospitality. Our family stayed here for only a night but all of us left the place as satisfied & happy guests. The family room beds (1 queen & 2 singles) are wide, comfortable & soft. The furnishings may be a bit dated but everything inside the room was clean & functional (including the hot water for shower). We thoroughly enjoyed their free breakfast set. Simple yet filling. You can order an extra set (only Php 89) if you want a refill. But it was the efficiency, humility & hospitality of the service staff that blew us away. Excellent job guys! Will definitely recommend this place to friends & family.
Great value for money
Very nice staff " kuya nel " who does everything. Very helpful and always smiling. Nice location, very near at the beach and far enough not to hear the loud music from the bars. Room is large enough for 4 of us. We took the family room which can accommodate up to 4 pax. Great value for money indeed.
Difficult to find but quiet place
If you want a quiet and relaxing place in Boracay, this might the right place for you. Located at the back of Departis hotel in the beach front and at the back of Summer place hotel in the highway. I didn't like the breakfast simple but not delicious. Poor internet service. No internet on the room, you need to go to second for the wifi where there were mosquitoes around. I liked the only staff they had - very friendly and accommodating. If you want to go d mall and nearby places it was 3 minutes walk. If you are on the budget going to Boracay this is the best place for you.
Cheap for Peak Accomodation
They offer cheap accommodation during peak season. We went mid April. 1, 500 / night with breakfast. You have your own bathroom, toiletries provided, towel, ac room, 1-2 minute walk to reach the shore, located in the middle of station 2, friendly caretaker / staff.
Amazing Service
Quite a small hotel but the service provided by them is amazing. You can have homemade breakfast with a variety of choice. Best thing about this hotel is the fact that it is 2 mins away from the beach. Oh, wifI only in the Lobby though. The alley is a little dark at night but there is security there for those who ever need help, but you should be fine. Definitely a good place for an affordable price.
Smiling Staff and Friendly Service... A great vacation place at an affordable price
Booked this Apartelle via Agoda at a cheap price during a peak season. We were informed how to arrive to the place (what to tell the driver on where we should be drop off) and found the place. We arrived around 12 and was told that they are still cleaning the rooms and would be available by 1:30 to 2 but they hurried the process and we were able to check in at 1 pm.. good news! The staffs were very accommodating. They extended their help and answer questions diligently. They even let us borrow their utensils as we had our lunch delivered while waiting for the room to be ready. Our room also includes breakfast and it was the typical breakfast but was enough to make you full. The place was quiet and near the beach as well. The price was cheap knowing it was during the peak season, with breakfast and at station 2. For the room it was enough for two person, same with the bathroom. It is clean and the aircon is cold though the blanket was thin. the bed was comfy and soft.
Near the beach, rooms are fine, you get a spot to hang your wet clothes behind your AC unit
The room is quite dated, but the A / C is super cold. I had to turn it down at times at night. The blankets are a little thin though, so it might be better if you request for an extra. Breakfast is good, for the price less than 100 pesos, you get a good meal + coffee or choco drink. Selection is limited though, but I love hotdogs or bacon in the morning. The best thing about this place is that you have a separate space to hang your wet clothes. There's a door leading to the side of your room, where you'd also find the tail end of the AC unit. The exhaust (and that its an open space, but has a ceiling) helps a lot on drying your clothes. I only left mine for about 2hrs and they all dried up pretty quickly. Also, its really near the beachfront. You have to pass through that dark alley they keep on telling in these reviews. Don't worry though, its pretty safe and is well-lighted at nighttime. I actually enjoyed passing through it LOL If you're more to privacy though, this might not be your place. I could hear people from the other rooms at times. Rooms are not soundproof. I'd definitely come back here. It's a better option than the other hotels that fall within the same price range.
Superb Service
this is my second time to stay in this apartelle and will be back again. Room is clean and has all the basic needs you want. Location wise is good too it's only 2 mins walk to the famous White beach, restaurants and shopping area. Breakfast was awesome too. What it makes one of my fave place to stay with is that all the staffs are very friendly and nice to everyone. I will defo be back here again
You get what you pay
There are 3 of us and we stayed here for 3 nights. It's good place to stay if you are in a budget. I booked this apartelle via expedia and it was a steal and it includes a free breakfast. The room has nothing special on it but it's decent enough for us, the three of us fit perfectly fine. The washroom is really nice and clean. They even allowed us drink on the verandah which I think is a bonus. The staffs we're really nice, helpful and very accommodating. Daily breakfast have good selection and good amount, this is a must because food in boracay are expectedly very expensive.
Very good... I'd stay again... A very homey place.
We stayed in this place for 3 nights in April 2015 with 2 kids... It was a very good stay... We took the family room as we were 4 adults & 2 kids... It had a very large bed & 1 small pull out bed... It was a quick 3-5 minute walk to the beachfront & once there, an additional 2-3 minutes to get to the D'mall were a lot of cheap eats can be had... The free plated breakfast for 4 people was also nice & plenty enough... The 2 hiccups for this place is it has no in house generator & unfortunately, there was a brownout during our stay... The other is that the Wi-Fi is only strong outside the rooms... But, I'll definitely stay back there again...
Cosy place
We stayed here for 2 nights. It's located not far from the beach, but the passage to it is very narrow, during the rain it's hard to walk from the main road, gotta paddle. The atmosphere is quiet, breakfasts served at the balcony or second floor hall. We liked this hotel, as they organized everything for us, the transfer from Kalibo to Boracay. They didn't mind calling them at 4 o'clock in the morning, as our flight was delayed 8 hours, and there were heaps of people in the boat terminal, we managed to squuze in the boat pretty fast due to our " priority " status with Southwest travel agency, which was organized by the owner of the hotel. It's nice and clean in the room, hot shower, everything was all right for a good family stay. Thank you - salamat po very much!
Good for the price, though nothing special
Been to Boracay lots of time and i can say that if your after night life this is a great location, right in the middle of station 2 - though nice and quite as it's down a back alley. The room was nice with aircon, cable tv and an ok breakfast - for the money in Boracay, you cannot go wrong. If you pay a little bit more you can get a lot better though.... The room was small, but ok - the main thing i did not like was the lack of cleaning... they never cleaned during my 4 day stay. The house keeper was nice and friendly :) One other small issue is that the entrance to the alley you need to walk down is where all the " pok pok " stand and try and get customers... as i was alone, i used to get a lot of attention walking back on an evening. Don't worry though it is perfectly safe though...
Clean and well located
We stayed here for three days. Because of our flight delayed, we've arrived at 12:30pm. Donna was very concerned about our arrival that night. The room and its toilet were clean. Bed was okay but the blanket was too " thin " making us shivering during night time. Breakfast was served at their fancy balcony. Location was hard to find, but if you're using Southwest Tour service, you'll not having a problem. Once you know the place, you can easily access places in Boracay. Most importantly, it's near to the white beach! 5 minutes walking. Recommended! :)
Cozy place
I booked and paid this hotel thru agoda.com and when we arrived, the hotel boy escorted usfrom the main road to hotel, we didnt encounter problem with the check in. The hotel looks new but decors are classic and simple with a homey feeling, the room is little bit small for me but the bed is so comfy with 2 pillows provided in each bed. The comfort room is nice too. hotel staff are friendly and polite. Only few steps to the beach. hotel is located at the back of mandarin hotel and deparis resto station 2. we stayed here for 2 nights in twin standard room and we paid 2400 with breakfast included.. I think this hotel is really good, new, budget friendly, has good service, good location but needs more exposure to tourists due to location is hid to people.
Lovely friendly staff and very close to the beach!
I only stayed in Casa D'Estrella Apartelle for 1 night with my cousin in December 2012 due to a change in flight schedule but thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were especially friendly and accomodating: someone met us at the main road to escort us to the hotel, there was a mix-up that left us in a Family Room but we were not charged extra, they organised massage service to the room, and they woke up early (before 5am!) to see us off with breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, even if the decor is slightly dated. The location is great - 2 minutes (if that!) from the beach. Just be aware that you need to pass through a narrow but safe alleyway to get to it. All in all, a great night - just forgot to tip as we left so early and I was half asleep!
