Though we don't have a franchise name, Interior Inn guests quite often become repeat guests. The Interior Inn is a clean and quiet establishment. Free continental breakfast is included with any room rental. Our rooms are comfortable and spacious. All rooms have cable TV's, mini fridges, coffee makers and hair dryers. Looking for something else? Just ask the staff at the front desk whenever assistance is needed. Someone is on 24hrs. We aim for a comfortable, relaxed, home away from home feel to the place. So any guests staying for a while who wish to prepare their own meals are welcome to use our on site kitchen. Feel like watching a special event? We have a 42 " flat screen LCD TV in our dining area, connected to a satellite, where you can watch most events, or put in a special request to order a PPV event.

Poor service at check in and check out
Service at front was brutal. Roku didn't work in room and when asking for remote to turn tv up, they couldn't figure it out. Was told a rate on the phone and it was different when checking out and with TV issues, still wouldn't look at discount. Will not stay there again.
Racist Staff
Racist staff. Rude behaviour and not accommodating whatsoever. I have heard this from more then 10 people. I would not recommend staying here. Staff will continually make comments or give dis meaning looks towards customers. Also would recommend manager to consider hiring new staff..
Overpriced and under promised
Worst breakfast ever…no hot items at $250 / night I've stayed at lesser properties that offered a full hot breakfast. 2 tv channels…. Won't stay again and I am a Diamond Wyndham Member. Front desk didn't seems to care when I brought up issues.
Day Room Use And Very Impressed
I had around 10 hours in-between arrival and departure through Thompson. There is almost nothing to do and with luggage in tow, I wandered around several hotels to see if they could offer a day room until 19:00. Most were full, but Super 8 had vacant rooms and the option of using a room at a reduced price. All sorted at the front desk and my room was spacious, very clean. Sofa, cooking facilities (electric hob, microwave) plus fridge. Good bathroom which I made use of. WiFi worked well and good quality coffee pods and maker. Whilst not a full overnight stay, I am sure the beds were comfortable and the only thing I didn't get a chance to sample was breakfast. Super 8 don't generally come out well in reviews. Difficult to understand why based on what I experienced in Thompson was just as good compared to others chain hotels.

Check in and check out process went very smooth, rooms are cleaned and well maintained, everything was in good conditions, friendly staff
Clean quiet hotel
Nice clean rooms. Quiet hotel. Attatched sports bar is nice if you don't mind the smacking noise of golf balls from the indoor virtual golf.
Do not stay if your indigenous and have children. Not a family friendly place!
I stayed at the Super 8 with my children for 3 nights. When I checked in the front desk was polite. The stay was aweful. The door is loud when you close it, which I didn't know was an issue until I was told there were complaints that I was slamming the door. Then they complained that my kids were too loud when they were laughing at their crappy continental breakfast area. I felt like the staff were being discriminatory to me and me children. I checked out the day after and left in tears. Never have I stayed in a hotel where I was made to feel like that and to top it off they refused to give me my money back for the day I didn't stay. They told me they had a 24 hour cancelation policy which they didn't tell me at the beginning when I checked-in. When I approached the manager, and told her about what happened she completely disregarded my feelings and didn't try to rectify the situation!!!
Extremely discriminatory staff
I was in Thompson attending a funeral for an immediate family member. The staff were discriminatory and only enforced their policies on anyone that looked visibly Indigenous. I was able to come and go (I do not look visibly Indigenous), while others were stopped at the door and treated like criminals. When I questioned why I was treated differently, All got " its policy " and no explanation to the difference in treatment. When I asked for someone in a position of leadership to lodge a formal complaint they gave me the number to the front desk!! A third party then told me the " manager " as she called herself, would kick me out if I asked again. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
Great place!
Staff was very friendly and helpful with of my concerns. Room was quiet, clean and modern. Plenty of parking space, great fitness centre, and continental breakfast make the stay worthwhile. Appreciate the CAA discount.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. The breakfast was a little lacking for my husband. It was exactly as advertised, unlike some of the other hotels we stayed at on this trip.
Super 8 hotel- great place to stay!
Great place to stay while on business. We stayed for approx 2 months working around Thompson and it was a relief to get back to a great hotel where all needs were clearly met. A gem in the wilds of northern Manitoba.
Excellent hotel. Excellent service
We had an extended stay at the hotel while we were unable to stay at home. The hotel is brand new. Quiet. Clean. Safe. We can't say enough about how competent and helpful the staff were. We stayed in a unit that had light housekeeping. It was very functional and made our stay a lot easier. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking at staying in Thompson with for a short time or a longer period.
Room was great but shower tempertures was shocking
Everything about this hotel was well down. It is a newly constructed hotel, of course. Staff was great and the rooms, with kitchenette has been the best I've stayed in for awhile. I only wished I could've stay longer. The temperature of the shower water is why I was glad I only stayed a short period. It cycled from hot to very cold quickly. You had to time your lather and rinse perfectly to avoid the sudden shock of cold water. I understand that this is a new constructions and is bound to glitches. I hope they can fix this problem soon.
Do not stay here!!
Brutal!! Would not honour the price they quoted on the phone, Did not give confirmation number, nor ask for any info when reserving, Wanted everything paid for in advance and would not refund when we had to check out early (24 hour advanced notice) Rooms are garbage Paper thin walls Breakfast was warm juice and one boiled egg left out.. They don't have a cancellation policy. When we asked to speak to the manager they spoke to each other in a different language to eachother so we couldn't understand. Do yourself a favour and trust me.. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

O hotel apesar de ser voltado mais para executivos não deixou a desejar para quem estava a turismo de lazer. O atendimento foi ótimo em todos os setores, o quarto muito confortável e limpo. O valor da diária é razoável mas valeu a pena.
