All freshly prepared on site, wherever possible we use local produce, we LOVE our Coffee Supreme NZ & it's ethically sourced, our milk is organic, our eggs are free range & our coffee cups are compostible

Best coffee and brioche in Matakana
We always go to Ravish when we are in the area. Great coffee and brioche, also try their date scones and caramel slice. They also do a great breakfast burrito.
Yummy food
Had a quick stop here after visiting Sculptureum, Matakana, what a great find, nice variety of food from such a small place, best filled roll I've had for ages, and their ham / tomato croissant was yummy too, easy parking away from the Matakana crowds, recommended
Coffe Fix
Great little spot for a coffee. Easy parking. little garden space if you want to sit in. rubbish sorted in to compostable, recyclable and refill - the type of attitude I always find a bonus
Best food I have eaten this year
As a gluten free vegetarian it is often a challenge finding great food. We stopped at Ravish on our way from Matakana back to Hamilton. The vege fritter was so full of flavour and matched with greens, tomato and dill condiment. The crackers were packed full of flavour and then to finish it all off chocolate covered coconut. All served in a compostable box with compostable knife and spork.

Not quite what we were expecting the first time, but once you know you have to go back. (Hint - Its a food truck so don't expect a full cafe menu). What they do have they do well. Coffee is excellent. Try the cinnamon scrolls.
Great coffee, great food, great customer service
We go here regularly whether it's on my own, with family or friends or even our antenatal group. Its what the title says... its great all round. They have a covered outdoor area area to sit and enjoy their great flat whites or hot chocolates with coconut milk.

Lovely staff, awesome coffee!
I have been testing out the coffee around matakana for the last few weeks and this is definitely the best! The staff are so lovely as well, I will definitely be back with my little you poodle.
Very good coffee and date scone as recommended
We had to try this place as it has been recommended and obviously well know for its coffee and date scones. It didn't disappoint. Would recommend a visit.

A good watering hole
Called in for a quick snack and drink. It was a pleasure to be served by the staff and for us to choose the food we wished to eat. The coffee was excellent the food was of good quality well worth the visit. The choice of menu was varied to satisfy most palates. Worth a visit with food good value for money.

Cool setting, great coffee and food - go for the bacon and egg muffin. Friendly staff. Can be busy on the the weekend.

Best Coffee with a friendly welcome
Phoebe makes the best coffee in the area and is always delightful. Make a special trip for their brioche too.
Delicious, Scrumptious, Delectable, Yum
We stopped at Ravish for brunch on our way home from SandSpit to Auckland. It was a few minutes out of our way but the recommendation from a local resident was well worth it. In fact, while you're there you'll notice the many local farmers and business folk stopping for a feed. The Bacon and Egg Muffins, Steak and Bacon pies and home made soup were all " on point " and off the hook delicious. We chased down some sweet delicacies with perfect flat whites and lattes, and then talked almost the whole way home about how much we wished there was a cafe or coffee shop like Ravish on the North Shore. Maybe the secret ingredient is the country setting and personable staff who are up for a chat... We're looking forward to stopping on our way back from Matakana in a few weeks and have recommended that our friends and family schedule to stop at Ravish when they're going up that way.
Coffee & a snack
Stopped by this little place along Matakana road at the intersection. The coffee is good and there was some snacks available. There's some seating at the back and ample parking in front so what more can you ask for?
Really good coffee, every time
This is a simple " Pop-up " coffee hut, but their coffee is consistently excellent (I go regularly). They also do good take out lunch-time food (pies, rolls croissants etc). If you stop for a coffee, be sure to try one of their scones, amongst the best I have ever tried, or one of the many hi-calorie slices :-)
Always good coffee
Been here many times on the way to see customers. Coffee is awesome and they do great scones, cakes etc. I have never driven past if they are open. Always stop for something. Nice staff also.
Great Coffee Great Food
Best Coffee in Matakana the food is pretty good as well and the the girls always greet you with a big smile and know your coffee by heart we go 4 to 5 times a week popular place for locals if you havnt been you must try it always plenty of parking.
Possibly the best date scone I have ever eaten..
.... and I've eaten a few!!! Not much more than a coffee cart but the coffee is fantastic, staff just lovely... and the sweet treats are fabulous. I haven't managed to work my way through the menu but I haven't had a bad bite. I have to limit my stops on the way through because it's almost impossible to just order coffee. Definitely worth a morning tea stop...... just maybe not if you are watching your weight 😉
Best coffee in Matakana
This is definitely my favourite place for takeway coffee and the food is amazing too. I am always tempted by all the delicious cakes, scones and slices on offer. They also do salads.
Great little place
Good, fast coffee. Friendly, efficient service. (Limited) range of very nice sweet treats. Popular with passing locals which is a very good sign.
Great coffee and delicious food
This is my morning coffee place of choice in Matakana. Love a date scone with my cappuccino while reading the paper. I can take my dog with no worries since everyone sits outside under a tent. Staff are friendly and always smiling. Of course that is not unusual in Matakana!

One of, if not the best spot in the Matakana area for coffee and super yummy treats. The staff are lovely and friendly and the food is amazing too! Definitely worth stopping in on your way through Matakana
Great coffee, even better sweets
This is our local cafe when we are at the batch. We met Sarah today, one of the lovely chefs. We haven't tried the more substantial meals but the home made cakes and slices are a great companion to their consistently top notch coffee. The service has been very friendly and easy each of the dozen or so times we have visited. The quality of food shows why they also run a catering service. The only let down is I haven't been able to practice my terrible French on the poor young man from Biarritz as I haven't seen him manning the coffee machine of late. One of our highlights each time we get away for the weekend!
Best coffee in the Matakana region
Without a doubt Ravish consistently delivers the best Barista coffee experience in the area. Espresso, flat white, cappuccino, latte, whatever your addiction, this team has it right. Yes it's a " first world " problem, gagging for your favourite coffee hit, but if you are in the area, jump in the car knowing that it will be worth the effort. They do great home made, bakery items along with some hot and cold savoury. This morning I had a small apricot danish to accompany my coffee - just fabulous, bursting with flavour. The other point with having to drive to get to this spot - they have good parking as well.
